Teramind allows me to effectively monitor my employees 24 hours a day if needed.
What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, the function of recording ambient sound has been a game changer in investigations. The fraudster user often knows that he is being monitored and is careful not to leave traces of his fraud on the computer; however, while working, he makes arrangements with his associates over the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only part of Teramind that I think needs to be improved is the control of monitored and unmonitored users. There could be a better and simpler interface to control this action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having remote agent installation allows me to send and monitor users around the world. Which increases my productivity by reducing travel and time in transit.
Makes employee monitoring very easy.

The ease with which we can install it on other PCs.

The service should be more affordable and premium packages cheaper.

It is helping me monitor employee activities and prevent misuse of data.

What do you like best about the product?
Teramind is a fantastic tool that gives you a detailed insight into all the activities of the employees. The level of detail it provides is exceptional and it's an excellent tool. There is no substitute for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in particular that we disliked. Overall after reviewing various tools Teramind has unmatched feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to increase the overall productivity of the employees and helps in driving ethical behavior at work.

What do you like best about the product?
The DLP portion of Teramind is great!! It has allowed us to stop potential leaks of sensitive information. The Productivity reports show how your employees spend their time during work hours. This helps find those few who like to get paid and not do work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The screen recordings are only 4 frames per second which can sometimes not capture certain details. Another dislike is sometimes the data won't load when looking at a report or employee. This is because we have a lot of data in our deployment and not using a private cloud. This issue will resolve once we go private cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a problem with employee productivity. Since our company is primarily remote, it has been hard to ensure that everyone continues to work and not just collect a paycheck. This application has allowed us to see who is productive and who is not. With its DLP function, this application has also allowed us to prevent potential insider threats.

The ability to capture constant screenshots and blur sensitive information of all monitored machines.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not easy to set up custom rules; some rules may step on top of pre-existing rules. Some more accessible wizards to quickly configure rules would make using the tool much for user friendly.

The problem that Teramind solves is monitoring all employees and their activities to ensure that they perform only work-related activities, not malicious or recreational ones.
It is really good to manage the company's employees, and check who works harder )

The BI reports are the, best, it helps to very easy investigate the employee's job

The OCR on-premise is working very badly the delay is really high

It helps us to monitor the users and find the insiders, and prevent the data loss
Easy, discreet monitoring and management
What do you like best about the product?
Teramind is easy to use, intuitive and silent. We didn't notice any appreciable lag. You can go back almost endlessly in the history and replay captured video. We have not used other competitors but doubt they're any better.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's probably built for many, many computers, so they've broken things out into users and machines, which can get confusing. I wish it was easier to alert when a user is no longer being monitored due to a computer turning off, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very useful for employees who have mission-critical job roles so you can train replacements via step-by-step video recordings. It's easy to set up alerts to gain insights.
