What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate the dedicated account team that made setting up Secureframe fairly straightforward, even though connecting everything took some time. I love the automated evidence gathering feature and the simple checklist area, which make our SOC 2 audits quick and efficient. The integration capabilities with our existing tools, like AWS, have been incredibly useful, streamlining our processes without requiring additional software. Overall, I've had a positive experience with Secureframe, and it's my default choice for SOC audits.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find the price of Secureframe to be expensive for software. Although it's not terrible, it is still on the higher side.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I find Secureframe streamlines SOC 2 audit processes, simplifying evidence gathering so efficiently that one person can manage most tasks, reducing team involvement.
