What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe is so easy to understand/ use. The implementation process was very well explained, making onboarding and integration smooth. The employees & account managers are incredibly responsive and helpful. The trust center is so helpful for sending to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pricey but at the end of the day still worth it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Secureframe for monitoring and for SOC2 compliance. The platform has helped us increase our policies and standards which helps us with clients.
