What do you like best about the product?
At Material, we have been using Secureframe for around seven months to support our security compliance program. The platform is user-friendly, and setting it up required very little assistance from our IT team. It has become essential for us in monitoring compliance tasks, uploading documents, and tracking overall progress. Whenever we have questions, customer support is extremely responsive, which helps us feel confident and supported as we move forward. Another significant advantage has been how smoothly Secureframe integrates with the systems we already use.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the abundance of features available, I occasionally feel overwhelmed by the sheer number of options, especially since many of them aren't particularly relevant to our daily tasks. If the interface offered greater customization, I think it would make the application even more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started using Secureframe, most of Material’s compliance tasks relied on spreadsheets and manual reminders. With everything now managed in a single system, we save time and reduce the risk of missing something important. Secureframe has made it easier for us to be prepared for audits and has brought more structure to our compliance processes. We purchase Secureframe on an annual plan and continue to renew because it consistently meets our compliance needs.

The implementation process was smooth, with an easy installation that did not require much technical support, which made it easy for our team to get started. We continue to use Secureframe regularly to review our compliance obligations, upload evidence, and track our progress. Whenever we needed assistance or training, support was available as needed. The integrations with our existing toolchain worked very well, allowing us to connect everything seamlessly without creating extra work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, the platform functions effectively, but I find that the reporting options lack some flexibility. For a company like Olipop, where compliance is crucial but not our main area of focus, this has significantly lessened the workload for our team. We purchase Secureframe annually and intend to keep renewing, as it continues to support our compliance requirements effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
We were early adopters of Secureframe to help us with our SOC 2 compliance. I am still in awe of how easy this has made getting and staying compliant. Very easy to integrate and deploy to ourselves and then help our clients with manage their compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Partner enablement could be better. I wish the packaging were easier to keep track of.

What do you like best about the product?
The Platform is super ease, even folks outside our security team can follow along without hand holding. Their integrations pull in data from AWS, Jira, Google and more, cutting down so much manual work. and honestly their support team is one of the best we've dealt with quick, clear and genuinely helpful every time we reach out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations were a bit tricky to set up at first and needed a few back and forths. with support.

At Bebo Technologies, keeping up with audit requirements was getting out of hand too many tools, too many files. Secureframe brought everything into one place. Their audits module lets us create and track audits easily, collect evidence with integrations and stay ready all year instead of cramming before deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform is easy to use, with automated workflow and great visibility into vendor risk. Their Customer support is fast, friendly and always helpful when we have questions or need guidance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations took longer than expected during setup, but the support team was quick to help. A bit more customization around reports would be great, but overall, it's not a deal breaker.

2. Well documemnted and structured application format. Every aspect of the compliance audit readiness tasks are very clearly presented with instructions.
3. The controls and tests are also structured in a very precise format.
4. There tests post integrations are always updated and can help with the state of the environment.
5. They have AI validations which are very helpful.
6. Secureframe themselves are very helpful and respond immediately.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features I haven't yet found on the platform, but since I haven't explored the documentation, I'm confident I'll find the answers there. At this point, there's really nothing that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a startup, preparing for the Audit (SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2) has been quite challenging. Once we started using Secureframe, our next steps became much clearer and easier to track. Although we already had many compliance controls in place, mapping them to the appropriate controls and tests was difficult. Secureframe’s structured format made this process much more manageable. Beyond compliance, Secureframe also assists with employee onboarding, security training, risk management, and vendor management. Overall, it is a very helpful platform with thorough documentation and strong support.

While the software is quite capable, I did experience a bit of a learning curve at first as I got used to all the features and how they interact. The price was very attractive for our budget, and I appreciated the 10% renewal discount. However, I would like to see more advanced user permission options, especially for larger teams.

Now, we have a single source of truth, which has made a significant difference for our software development company.
