Compliance management that can scale with our cloud

  • September 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We had no troublemaking compliance part of our cloud environment with Secureframe. We seamlessly integrated Secureframe with Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune. We effortlessly deployed it while using these devices and managing them. The automatic policy checks and evidence gathering achieve a major victory as the interface is intuitive enough to onboard new team members. I value the fact that their support team is proactive with ideas and suggestions, not just answering tickets but offering systems improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
As you use more subsidiaries, pricing model starts to feel a little too pricey. However, the ROI in saved audit hours balances it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With our rapid growth, compliance had become a bottleneck. Secureframe is now marking down any configuration drifts in Nutanix and our Microsoft ecosystem and warning us before they go haywire. Our preparation time for an audit has decreased by almost 40%, and gives management assurance compliance auditing is keeping up with changes in the infrastructure.

SecureFrame has been a trusted partner in our SOC 2 journey

  • September 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe has been instrumental in helping us organize and stay on top of our SOC 2 compliance. Their integrations with major technologies give me visibility into actions across our development teams, which means I can quickly spot anything that could put our SOC initiative at risk. This level of automation and oversight has taken a lot of the manual effort out of compliance and made the process much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. The customer success team has been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions. Any challenges we faced were more about our own internal prioritization than Secureframe itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to obtain the certifications—specifically SOC 2—that would allow our software to be sold into larger Enterprises. That required a structured, reliable way to stay compliant and audit-ready.

Successfully passed SOC2-type II audit without exceptions

  • September 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
SOC2, HIPAA, etc. require keeping track of many company activities. Secureframe acts as an effective checklist of those activities and lets you set time frames within which to get alerted to begin working on a certain activity. It is effective in reminding us to perform recurring activities such as vulnerability scans, policy trainings, and acceptance. Policies provided by Secureframe have been accepted by prospective client companies as sufficiently strong policies to proceed to work with us.

Whenever I need a meeting (e.g., ahead of an audit) or if I just have questions they are always willing to jump on a call and review my evidence, make suggestions, and discuss new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The weekly email reports don't always contain relevant information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of the long list of activities required to successfully complete security audits.

From risk to peace of mind: taming third-party risk.

  • September 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe gave us our weekends back. It changed the third-party risk from a reactive manual nightmare to proactive and automated. We now instantly see the security posture of our whole supply chain. This is our single biggest asset in building trust with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, you’d have to set up your vendor list with our dedicated effort. Once done, however, it runs seamlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It resolved our greatest concern: whether or not our partners posed a security risk. Our enterprise clients can rest assured that their data is safe across our entire ecosystem. My business’ ability to sign off contracts faster has given us a competitive edge.

Streamlining audits across Azure and service operations without slowing the business

  • August 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The implementation was painless; I was surprised at how fast we got value by having my team use the tool; we have a strong sense that we are making progress and achieving customer service even though I, as a CEO, only jump into the app weekly, and do not live in it. Onboarding was simple, and the quick ease of getting it operational (and connected with our Azure Portal and SSO setup, which was really easy) allowed us to consolidate our policy attestation and asset visibility without a big project. The customer service was able to answer and give them a guidance through a best practices of collecting evidence. We use it a lot around audit cycles and quarterly governance reviews, and the features around SOC 2 and ISO made it easy to reconcile our board reporting with our compliance status. We like how it integrated with Freshservice, which made it easy to relate the policy exceptions and the control tasks to our existing service workflows, and that we were able to assign ownership in a clear way.
What do you dislike about the product?
At my level, I’d want a bit more of an executive roll-up to compare business units at a glance, and it can seem a little feature-dense for casual users. Integrations outside our stack were limited; we would have loved to see more native connectors to eliminate manual mappings. Usability is fine for the most part, but in some cases, first-time approvers just needed to know quickly where to get their work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is cutting down audit fatigue and cycle time by standardizing the evidence across Azure and service operations while keeping assurance high for the customers — without hiring headcount. We entered our next SOC 2 with a reduced need for meting minutes, more defined ownership in Freshservice, and quicker remediation tracking that helped us to ship roadmap items timely.

Indispensable for security throughout the employee lifecycle

  • August 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I am on this tool almost daily and the Connection with HiBob HRIS is a life saver. The instant I offboard somebody in Bob, it automatically generates “deprovisioning” tasks in Secureframe, which then links into JumpCloud and Google Workspace. I love how easy it is to use for a non-technical person like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the shuffle, the task notifications for managers can sometimes be forgotten. I would like to be able to directly nudge them within Slack or their email directly rather than just a notification in the Secureframe portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was a complete life saver for our entire security onboarding and offboarding. I no longer need to get after IT managers over and over to make sure access is given or taken away. It’s all automated and documented, which is a great win efficiency wise and where we are with vendor security posture during audits.
