User friendly product with helpful support team
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and straight forward UI. Integration module was is best of all. Initially we didn't use the integration module, we manually digged through every service that use to collect evidence. After integration, Secureframe was able to analyze all our Azure services, atlassian accounts in no time and showed us the wholistic picture of where we stand. For every test failure, SecureFrame provided simple and straightforward steps to pass the test.
Their customer support is really cool, those guys were able to support immediately for most part. Overall product is very easy to use and understand.

What do you dislike about the product?
Like any other product, they also have some glitches in the UI and in integration module. However their support team helped to overcome these glitches and move forward quickly.

Secureframe for Compliance Initiatives
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe is extremely helpful in pursuing compliance initiatives for many different frameworks. The company helped us achieve 3 different compliance certificates in the same year, which is great for our business. They have been such a big help, and their team is very responsive. Secureframe is very easy to use, and very straightforward when it is audit time. It took a team of 2 to implement the tool altogether, and we use the tool daily for many different needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything bad to say about Secureframe. Sometimes we have obscure applications we would like to add to our profile that are not available, but that has been overcome by Secureframe since the company adds new integrations almost daily it seems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe has solved our problem of not having a centralized compliance service that does a lot of the heavy lifting for us. This is a major benefit to the business
We use Secureframe for SOC2 Compliance, and it's a breeze.
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to navigate, especially for the greater company that are not necessarily the most tech-savvy. We need to maintain SOC2 compliance for some of the industries we work for, and making sure all of the departments that are not necessarily involved in the tech side would have been immensely difficult for the IT team without Secureframe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Secureframe itself doesn't have any issues I dislike, but the whole compliance requirements in general are a pain, so it's great that there's a front facing system that helps simplify it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need SOC2 compliance to continue to work with some of our clients in certain regulated industries.
Fantastic experience with Secureframe!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy-to-use user experience. Fantastic support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Potentially could enable more usage of AI tooling, but overall great experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We require SOC2 Type II certification to sell to large enterprise. Secureframe solved this huge problem for us, allowing us to grow.
Seamless Integrations make security compliance a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
From an engineers point of view, I absolutely love the integrations that Secureframe has built in. We were able to hook up Secureframe up to our Github repository as well as our AWS account and see where we were lacking in our security compliance. I loved that each test provided a clear indication of what resource or rule was failing, and provided not only steps in either the AWS console UI and GitHub UI, but also CDK code to fix these issues as infrastructure as code. The speed at which the tests then updated as we implemented fixes was also great. It was a very easy system to setup and maintain.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find many things to dislike with Secureframe. I did find some of the tolerance windows a little confusing to setup, for instance we had a test on AWS for having the newest version of ElasticSearch that kept failing when a new patch got released, which was fairly frequently. It wasn't very intuitive on how to set a SLA on when we would update that particular resource. I also found that some of the tests took a long time to sync from AWS back to Secureframe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using Secureframe to help us achieve SOC2 compliance. It was very beneficial to set up tests that asserted our security practices and see where we were lacking. It was also a great tool to help us fix misses in our security processes going forward - whenever we saw a failing test come up with a new resource, it was a clear indication that our workflow was missing a vital step in making sure we always implemented the rules and safeguards that we said we were.
Secureframe made SOC 2 Type 1 compliance a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
We used Secureframe for our SOC 2 Type 1 compliance and couldn’t be happier with the experience. They walked us through every step, from setup to follow-through, in a way that was easy to understand, even for someone without prior compliance experience. The platform is intuitive, the process is streamlined, and their team was responsive and knowledgeable. They took what could have been an overwhelming audit process and made it straightforward, stress-free, and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, the process was smooth from start to finish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe took the complexity and uncertainty out of achieving SOC 2 Type 1 compliance. Before using them, we didn’t have the in-house expertise or bandwidth to navigate the many requirements and prepare for an audit. Their platform and team provided clear guidance, automated much of the documentation and evidence collection, and ensured we stayed on track. As a result, we were able to complete our audit quickly and confidently, without diverting significant time and resources from our core business.
Easy to use and great customer service

What do you dislike about the product?
The RFI library could use a little work but overall it's a great tool!

Secureframe Makes Compliance Simple and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
We’ve used Secureframe for PCI, ISO, and SOC 2 compliance for 3+ years, and it’s made the process simple and efficient. Policy templates cover all major frameworks, and publishing policies automatically notifies employees for acknowledgment. The continuous tests help us monitor multiple cloud environments, reducing the number of new tasks each year. Their auditor recommendations have been spot-on, and support is always excellent.
Secureframe has streamlined our compliance journey and continues to be a valuable partner.

What do you dislike about the product?
The controls tab can be tricky to navigate, and some integrations still require manual evidence uploads. Minor issues, but worth noting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe centralizes and automates our PCI, ISO, and SOC 2 compliance efforts. It replaces manual policy management with digital templates and continuously monitors our infrastructure across multiple cloud providers. This automation reduces the time spent preparing for audits, lowers the number of new compliance tasks each year, and ensures we stay audit-ready year-round.
Excellent Software

Easy and Straight forward Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the ease of Integration implementation. Secureframe offers easy to follow guides and directions on how to connect your integrations into Secureframe. The ability to mark certain evidence collected via Integrations as out of scope was super useful in our Audit. Integrating to our different products to one place helped us find forgotten resources that we were able to shut down and remove. Support was super quick to help and resolve my issue with our Microsoft 365 integration failing to show all users having MFA. I also enjoyed how easy it was to satisfy each of the controls. The guides and recommendations were great in terms of finding exactly what evidence we needed to help us pass the audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to create custom and specific types of reports. I wish there was a way to mix and match certain criteria to report to the specific teams per controls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe has streamlined our entire audit preparation process by centralizing evidence collection, automating integration checks, and providing clear, actionable guidance for each control. Instead of manually tracking security configurations across multiple systems, we can now see compliance status in one place and address any gaps quickly. The ability to mark out-of-scope evidence means we can focus audit efforts where they matter most, saving significant time and reducing the stress of last-minute document gathering. The integrations not only save time but have also helped us identify resources we had forgotten about.
