Simplifies all aspects of gaining and maintaining SOC2 compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe provides complete coverage of SOC2 compliance controls making compliance and auditing super easy. There are loads of integrations with software platforms (we use GCP and Atlassian) that help with data collection. The employee onboarding and continuous monitoring are extremely easy to set up and the annual employee security training keep our staff up to date with security threats and how to spot them. Any time we need support, Secureframe is extremely quick to get back to us with helpful responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant think of anything to dislike about Secureframe, it has made our SOC2 compliance super easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe reduces the time for our security team to maintain compliance allowing them to get on with other tasks and never having to fret over anything come audit time.
Not quite there, but getting better!
What do you like best about the product?
The account executive is very responsive and personable. A lot of my evidence was automatically uploaded via integrations. We were able to achieve SOC 2 on the first try.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don’t have as many popular integrations that other competitors have, so there is still some manual work involved to provide evidence. Customer support, especially the chat, is slow to respond to questions (not on demand). The software is clunky, buggy, and not very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us collect evidence to supply to an auditor for SOC 2 compliance.

Some test seems to be not necessary and does not apply to our case but I still have to pass that test.

What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup and configuration can be time-consuming when integrating with complex existing systems. Some advanced customization options require technical expertise that smaller teams might lack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe allows us to have a single source of truth for all our compliance monitoring and highlights where we are falling short. The UI is simple to navigate and self serve. Helped with SOC2 and Employee Quick Training at the time of onboarding. The ability to integrate it with Google Workspace as well as a MDM software like Hexnode makes it further reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
If it could start sending real-time updates when we fall out of compliance or if we drop below our threshold safety marks - it would be great. Also, sometimes the sync with Google Workspace takes time to update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being SOC 2 certified demonstrates our commitment to security especially to our Enterprise customers, with Secureframe streamlining audit readiness, compliance, and vendor risk management through clear, centralized, and easily consumable information - it becomes easy for us as well as our auditor to verify and keep us ahead in the race.

Certain controls feel overly rigid and not easily tailored to unique workflows. Reporting customization options could be more flexible, and the platform can feel expensive for smaller teams relative to the feature set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe removes the complexity of managing SOC 2 compliance by automating evidence collection, mapping controls to frameworks, and tracking progress in one centralized platform. It eliminates the need to chase down documentation across multiple tools, reduces human error, and keeps us continuously audit-ready. This saves significant time for our engineering and compliance teams, shortens audit preparation, and helps us build trust with customers faster.
Stramline compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe helps keep all of your compliance documents in one place where it can be shared with auditors, internal and external personnel. One of the best features I enjoy using is the application integration and what it does once your application is connected to secureframe. Within a few minutes you are able to tell how well your application configurations are set up compared to compliance standards. On top of that there are suggestions on how to become compliant and so much more. The platform is easy to use, especially for personnel training. If an issue arises the support team waste no time to help resolve it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only thing I would like see a change in is the initial invitation expiration time for new personnel. I believe this is currently set at 6 hours. Having the option to increase this would help significantly with our current workflow.

We are currently Soc2 certified and secureframe has helped us streamline that process each year.

Secureframe is helping us achieve SOC2 compliance so that we can sell to utilities. It’s clearing a major blocker in our sales pipeline.
Enhanced compliance - a must for Fintech
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to chose from multiple compliance frameworks, and to create your own. We have been able to chose common information security and data protection frameworks to automate our control frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI and DORA, as well as build frameworks applicable to our specific jurisdictions.
We are able to demonstrate to auditors and regulators our commitment to information security compliance, and our ongoing controls, with ease.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see some improvements in the layout and reporting generally, but Secureframe since we implemented it over 2 years ago has undergone constant improvement.
It would also be beneficial to be able to self-serve things like adding auditors - at the moment, your customer success manager must do this.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe gives us a control framework for all major information security certifications, which enabled us from the outset to build a secure, compliant platform. It has saved on human resource, and enabled us to demonstrate to regulators and auditors our commitment to compliance.
Great experience for SOC2 Compliance and beyond
What do you like best about the product?
Our team spent a lot of time looking at tools to help us achieve and manage security compliance before selecting Secureframe. We started with SOC2, and were successful. We are working on ISO 27001, and are looking at HIPAA compliance as well. Secureframe recognizes what we've achieved for each compliance, and the delta in what we'll need to do on top of the policies and activities that we already engage in to adhere to additional compliance standards. It makes it a lot easier to understand what we'll need to do for each without duplicating work. Beyond that, Secureframe does a great job of helping us track our progress and stay on top of ongoing requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Secureframe can connect with various software platforms, like Google and Microsoft. We did notice that there were some hiccups with this, such as if we were on a free version of a software. Overall, the feature set is solid, but it's good to note that you have to be on a compatible plan with some software vendors.
