What do you like best about the product?
secureframes simplifies the complex process of achieving SOC2 and ISO 27001 compliance. The platform's user experience is intuitive and userfriendly, allowing our team to navigate complaince workflows efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
we are utilizing secureframe to manage compliance across multiple cloud providers, including AWS, GCP. and Azure. the platform monitors over 40 services. automating evidence collection and risk assessments, which helps us stay on top of our security posture effortlessly so i dont have any thing to dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It accelerates our compliance timelines from months to just weeks, saving us valuable resources. the automated monitoring and seamless integrations reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
Freshservice Integration Transformed Our Cloud Compliance Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
The Freshservice integration has changed the way our engineering teams approach cloud compliance as a CTO. The bi-directional sync will automatically create actionable tickets from compliance tasks so nothing falls through the cracks. Getting everything into place was comparatively easy, too – we were up and running (alongside our existing Freshservice workflows) in under two weeks. Kapost and New Relic invested heavily in their success teams, with my Kapost account rep supporting me every step of the way (he even once helped our team set up ticket prioritization based on compliance criticality). Today, we use Secureframe on a daily basis for our cloud compliance monitoring and it has helped save a hundreds of engineering hours especially with features such as automated evidence collection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Advanced workflow customization options are missing where we require this for more complex approval chains in the Freshservice integration. Would love to have more drill down filtering like in the reporting dashboards for engineering leadership views. In high volume periods, the matter of minutes that flickr by between tickets going through their sequence stages may cause for a slight delay in status synchronization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our DevOps velocity and the compliance requirements were bridged by Secureframe. Automating what was once manual compliance ticket creation in Freshservice, has led to a 65% reduction in time-to-remediation without sacrificing impeccable audit readiness. Integrating with the ComplianceFSM made it all happen, and managing SOC 2 controls while in a many-cloud environment became just as had sounded like: real-time visibility to compliance posture for engineering teams and leadership.

The continuous monitoring and clear task management boosted our security posture and made compliances fell manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a learning curve at the start, especially if your team is entirely new to compliances frameworks. Once you get past setup , though, the workflow is smooth.

Benefiting from secureframe is quite great, we needed SOC 2 compliances to win enterprise contracts, but lacked internal compliances resource. Secureframe 's automation and expert guidance accelerated the audit process, improved our security readiness, and opened new sales opportunities.

While the platform is highly effective, some customization options for specific workflows could be expanded. at times. integrating certain internal tools require additional configuration, but overall, the UX/UI design remains intuitive and accessible.

Secureframe simplifies the overwise lengthy and complicated compliance process, enabling us to achieve enterprise readiness within weeks instead of months. it helps us maintain continuous monitoring of our cloud services, ensuring our security posture is always up to date without manual effort.

What do you like best about the product?
As a team that is distributed across six continents, integration with Microsoft 365 has been game-changing. This allows us to monitor access controls for our global workforce 24/7 without any need of manually updating white lists. The implementation was surprisingly smooth- we set up our tenant in less than an hour Customer support consistently replies in hours, not days. We use this weekly for control reviews and the automated evidence collection has been seamless Pre-built policy templates, in and of itself, saved us so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
For more advanced analysis export it into CSV for custom reporting. Easier to manage Compliance across different Subsidiaries. Workarounds for specific conditional access policies On rare occasions, certain conditional access policies can achieve the scenario that you want and need to communicate with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now feel a lot better that we are compliant over five different nations. ISO 27001 certification took us only half as long to receive, the procurement process has been reduced drastically with vendor assessments being automated.

the platform is user friendly some of the onboarding documentation could be more detailed, especially for teams new to compliance processes. Additionally, certain integrations with third party tools require more configuration steps than expected.

initially, our team faced challenges linking secureframe with our custom CI/CD pipeline, which delayed some compliance checks. we addressed this by reaching out to secureframe's support team, we provide a step by step guide specific to our setup. after implementing their recommendations, the integration become smoother, and our compliance monitoring become consistent

What do you like best about the product?
We use Secureframe every week, for years. Checkr Integration auto-validates security controls and is clear for non-technical teams on the requirements. Support even once fixed an auditor-access issue after a few hours. Preloaded integrations (with AWS) save hours of setup time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some small UX quirks like how to update document invite templates; not as intuitive as it could be. Results from time to time take a few hours and sometimes more than that.

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe made achieving SOC 2 compliances surprisingly fast and painless. The automation and integrations eliminated months of manual work, and the clear task list ensured everyone knew their responsibilities. the platform streamlined the audit process and made it far less stressful compared to handling it on our own.

Nothing significant so far. The process was smooth, and the support team was responsive whenever questions came up.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analysis of Azure resources when connected is invaluable in maintaining high scoring in Azure Security. In addition, we use the knowledge base and questionnaire module to facilitate the answering of customer compliance questionnaires which can be daunting!
Affordable, Reliable, and a Lifesaver for First-Time SOC2
What do you like best about the product?
Cost and implementation simplicity were important, being a bootstrapped startup CTO. Secureframe Check: Scans the 1Password login policy, Preloaded controls to fast-track SOC 2 prep — Both delivered by Secureframe. The platform is also very affordable, given our limited tech budget, and the support team was kind about all our newbie questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
As new agent had made its presence, it showed inconsistency in detecting a few employee laptops during rollout. There were a few integrations that still needed API tweaks to function predictably.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We lacked internal compliance expertise. Templates and an extremely efficient method of collecting evidence provided by Secureframe gave us the tools we needed to pass our first SOC 2 audit without expensive consultants. Now, we maintain compliance effortlessly.
