Simplified Compliance Without the Headache
What do you like best about the product?
Lorzeno claims: “Using Secureframe has been a total game changer for Mixhers. As a founder, I didn't want to deal with the headache that was SOC 2 compliance and Secureframe offered me just that. Ease of use: I cannot believe how beautifully everything is organized, and the ability to collect more data automatically saves me hours. We were able to quickly implement this thanks to their excellent customer support I contacted via live chat, and they guided us trough as we had trouble integrating this on Azure Portal. It has eased our compliance hassles on a number of fronts — we use it daily, and the extensive feature set (pre-built policies, vendor assessments, real-time monitoring) has prevented us from being overwhelmed by our regulatory/compliance obligations.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, as solid as the platform is I wish there were more ways to build reports in a more customizable fashion. They are actually good default templates, but as we scale the ability to show compliance status in various forms to stakeholders would be very handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance before Secureframe was a stressful, manual process. Operate: Our evidence collection process has been centralized and automated, our vendor risk profile is maintained, and we can be audit-ready every day of the year. This has been an essential point in trust building with enterprise clients, especially those who require SOC 2 compliance.
A Must-Have for Streamlined Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
In my role as CEO, I am looking for solutions that make compliance easier and do not result in more work for our team. The Google workspace integration on Secureframe has been fantastic for us. The platform automates evidence collection, tracks employee training, and consolidates all our policies in one centrally located spot—saving us hours on end. The dashboard is easy to use, and the live compliance alerts keep us audit-ready 24/7. They have outstanding customer measurement guiding us through SOC 2 prep, and unlike everyone else I've dealt with on the phone they do not stress me out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Powerful but requires some initial hands on to get it set up and works as expected. Although we did have to tweak a few of the automation controls to accommodate our unique workflows, they worked in concert very effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We understand because, before Secureframe, compliance was sort of a black box — you hear about how your friends worked with expensive consultants and wrangled through endless spreadsheets the night before their audit. And now — it has turned into a structured, automated process which keeps us compliant all the time. This provided a trust boost to enterprise clients and investors, hence we could focus on business scaling.
SOC 2 Made easy
What do you like best about the product?
The integrations literally save hundreds of hours of manual checking. Super easy to use and keep everyone on the team compliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations will run a false negative. It would be nice to have auditors only use Secureframe instead of a combination of ClickUp and Secureframe

Getting through compliance for cybersecurity and SOC 2.

What do you like best about the product?
SecureFrame's integrations work great! Its really nice to fire this tool up, connect our providers up and start passing tests. We also have been using this to provide contracts when audit requests and it makes it a lot simpler. We have also had numerous feature requests and our reps have been very responsive, and those requests have been acted on.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not fully featured out. They are still building parts that will be super helpful for us such as a deeper integration into Active Directory/Entra

Easy to use, Simple User Interface, Tracking everything in one place, Integrating smoothly with applications.

Syncing infrastructure after applying changes would take a while.

Being a healthcare company, we have to ensure being HIPAA compliant all the time & Secureframe lets us easily track ourselves and provide simple resolution steps.

What do you like best about the product?
From a technical standpoint, setting up the integrations on both platforms was straightforward and seamless. The most valuable part for us was the detailed test results — they highlighted the exact resources that needed attention. This not only helped us strengthen our security posture but also gave us clear guidance to prepare for SOC 2 compliance with confidence.
The UI is intuitive and easy to use. We also had a good experience with support and received valuable recommendations on choosing a Penetration Testing provider.

One area for improvement: I wish there were more granular control over certain features. For example, we can’t disable specific requirements like background checks for certain roles, which means employees sometimes get multiple unnecessary pings. It’s not a dealbreaker, but more flexibility here would make the experience even better.

Secureframe is helping us solve the challenge of achieving and maintaining security compliance without overwhelming our team or slowing down the business. Compliance requirements like SOC 2 can be complex, time-consuming, and resource-intensive, especially for a fast-growing company. Secureframe automates much of the evidence collection, continuous monitoring, and policy management, which drastically reduces the manual work for our team.
Great strides into Questionnaire Automation
What do you like best about the product?
As the Solutions Engineer, I answer many security and vendor questionnaires every month. The use of the Knowledge Base and Questionnaire sections of Secureframe has dramatically shortened the time to completion on these. I have been able to quickly upload previously completed questionnaires to the platform to start populating the KB for immediate implementation and usage. I am able to use the Chrome extension to allow me to use this multiple times a week to answer questions on demo calls as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve on how to upload a questionnaire into the system to be answered is a bit steep. The UI will bounce around and you can easily lose your spot on long questionnaires. The Chrome extension can be a bit too overzelous when attempting to get you an answer but is easily overcome with some training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Secureframe to manage our audits, as well as complete questionnaires. These tie nicely into each other for a streamlined system of unified information.
Amazing support and customer service
What do you like best about the product?
As a novice security professional and a new company, Secureframe has been extremely helpful and supportive in our compliance journey. Their customer service is top-notch and offered to set up weekly sessions to help tackle all our controls and tests in preparation for our SOC2 audits. They will provide whatever level of support you require, whether you are a seasoned IT professional or someone learning along the way, like me.

At the moment, there is nothing I dislike about Secureframe.
