Streamlined Compliance with Strong Support
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe makes compliance management far less painful by centralizing policies, evidence collection, and audit preparation in one clean platform. The integrations with cloud providers and tools like AWS, GCP, and Slack save hours of manual work. Their compliance dashboard gives real-time status tracking, making it easy to spot gaps before they become problems. The customer success team is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely proactive in helping us pass audits smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is very comprehensive, initial setup can feel a bit overwhelming due to the number of integrations and evidence categories to configure. The reporting features could offer more flexibility for custom views, especially for executives who want higher-level summaries. That said, these are relatively minor compared to the time savings and peace of mind Secureframe provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe is helping us tackle the complexity and time drain of compliance certifications like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA. Before using it, we had to manage spreadsheets, email threads, and scattered evidence across multiple tools — which made audits stressful and prone to errors. With Secureframe, we can automatically collect security evidence, monitor compliance controls in real time, and keep all our policies up to date in one place. This not only shortens our audit prep time from months to weeks but also gives us ongoing visibility into our security posture, which builds trust with customers and prospects. The automation and guided workflows let our team focus more on improving security rather than chasing paperwork.
SecureFrame Company Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
The support provided is proactive, professional, and personable. The software is easy to use, and you always receive automated updates. The program is straightforward and you always know where you are with your technical and operational tasks. We like the ease of integration and available features. Highly Recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only area is the questions within the Soc II audit, where some of the questions are a bit unclear and seem redundant. Otherwise, great program and support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe assists with overall company compliance and SOC II certification. This supports our security and technical compliance standards and assists us with client sales to have this program and certification.
Great Platform for Compliance, both as an MSP and an organization!
What do you like best about the product?
Clear tasks/requirements and the ease of keeping track of due dates, along with evidence. We are able to track how we are doing with multiple frameworks very easily. The integrations are easy to implement and have had quick replies the few times we did need to contact support (which has been very seldom and typically for pricing, not performance).
What do you dislike about the product?
Policies are a bit rough to manage (individuals may get on separate schedule), but have been able to work around it with another tool and organization.

Easy to use with a responsive team
What do you like best about the product?
I had never done any kind of ISO work before when I was handed my SecureFrame login and told that was part of my new responsibilities. SecureFrame has been very easy to use, and I really appreciate its continuous monitoring. The few times I've needed to contact support, they've been very quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, it's made my job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that has tripped me up is categorizing employees. We are only certifying one department within our company for ISO, and I've found it difficult to mark employees as out of scope without saying that they're contractors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to maintain our ISO compliance to qualify to do business with larger companies. Secureframe has made that easier to manage. We've also had a few companies request documents through Secureframe's portal rather than contacting us directly, which is handy.
Secureframe is a top notch provider in the data security space!
What do you like best about the product?
As the founder of Unified Track, what I like best about Secureframe is how it simplifies and accelerates the entire SOC 2 and security compliance process without overwhelming our small but growing team. The platform makes it incredibly easy to connect our tech stack, continuously monitor for compliance gaps, and stay audit-ready year-round. I especially appreciate the clear dashboards, automated evidence collection, and real-time alerts, which save us countless hours and reduce the risk of something slipping through the cracks. Having a dedicated compliance expert from Secureframe to guide us step-by-step has been invaluable, it feels like having an in-house compliance team without the overhead. This peace of mind lets us focus on building and scaling Unified Track, knowing our security posture is strong and investor- and customer-ready.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there’s nothing I really dislike about Secureframe. The platform has been intuitive, the support team is responsive and knowledgeable, and the entire experience has been seamless from onboarding to ongoing monitoring. For a fast-moving startup like Unified Track, having a compliance solution that “just works” without adding friction is exactly what we need, and Secureframe has delivered on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe is solving the complexity and time drain of managing SOC 2 and overall security compliance for a growing startup like Unified Track. Before using it, the thought of gathering evidence, tracking policy updates, and preparing for audits felt daunting and would have pulled our small team away from product development and customer growth. Secureframe automates much of this work—integrating directly with our systems, continuously monitoring for compliance issues, and keeping all documentation audit-ready. This not only saves us significant time and resources but also gives us the credibility and trust we need with enterprise school districts and investors. It’s allowed us to meet stringent security requirements early in our growth without slowing our momentum.

Secureframe: Compliance Without the Spreadsheet Shackles
What do you like best about the product?
There are security people who love Excel. And then there are security people.
With Secureframe, you can be a security person and still master your audit—without living in spreadsheets.
Track services, manage users, and focus your time where it matters (psst… not on updating endless cells in Excel).

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limits to what you can do with the current integrations.
But if the API were extended so I could send in my own user and service data straight from my servers or scanners—well, there’d be no end to the compliance possibilities.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe takes the painful, manual parts of compliance—like tracking services, managing user access, gathering evidence, and prepping for audits—and automates them in one place. It eliminates the endless Excel sheets, scattered screenshots, and back-and-forth emails that used to eat up days (or weeks) of prep time.
