Very helpful in organizing needs for audit.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the automated evidence collection, this feature is very helpful as it reduces the manually work on the team to collect these evidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
need more integrations options with certain vendors, would like to integrate with other vendors used by company but they are not available. Custom integrations would be helpful.

Audit Management, helps with organizing and drive work needed for audit and compliance.

The mobile version of the UI is not as smooth as the desktop

Secureframe accelerated our path to multi framework compliance, allowing our Customer Success team to handle client audit request with greater speed and confidence. The integrated approach streamlines evidence collection, reduce RFP turnaround and make compliance task less disruptive to daily operation.

The only challenge was ensuring all departments adapted to the new processes at the same pace. once aligned , the efficiency gains were clear.

What do you like best about the product?
The on boarding experience was incredibly smooth, and the platform made a complex, often overwhelming process feel structured and manageable. The automated evidence collection, task tracking, and integration with our cloud infrastructure saved our team countless hours. What stood out most was the proactive support from the customer success team they understood our use case deeply and helped us stay on track without the usual back and forth. We also appreciated how intuitive the dashboard is, even for first time users.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform does a great job overall, some customisation around policy templates and reporting could be improved. There were minor moments when we wished for more flexibility in how tasks were assigned or tracked internally. That said, their team is responsive to feedback and always seems open to iterating based on user needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to rapidly scale our information security practices without building a large in house compliance team from scratch. Secureframe gave us a clear road map for meeting standards like SOC 2 and ISO 27001 while reducing the operational burden. The biggest benefit is confidence knowing that we’re audit ready and can demonstrate trust to partners and stakeholders without constant manual effort. It’s allowed us to focus on growth without worrying about compliance falling behind.

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe made it possible to achieve both SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance quickly and cost effectively. The platform is intuitive , well organized and supported by a responsive team that provide clear guidance. its automated and structured workflow kept us on track and audit ready in just six months.

Easy to use product for compliance management
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SecureFrame is how straightforward it makes to manage our compliance program. Everything is organized, automated, and easy to follow. The platform makes it clear what needs to be done and when. I also appreciate how quickly I can find the information I need, and the support has been amazing from the whole org.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is still a fairly new product, so there are some bugs and weird workarounds here and there, but support has always been helpful in resolving those as they come up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SecureFrame helps us manage compliance without the manual tasks. Before, we were tracking requirements in spreadsheets, hunting down documents, and spending too much time coordinating different teams. Now, everything is in one place, tasks are easily assigned, and I can see our progress at a glance. It saves us time and makes audits much easier.
