Best security tool for your certificates!!
What do you like best about the product?
We were the part of organization who efficiently used secureframe for maintaining SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS and other security certificates. I was able to customize our own security policies and also it monitors the ongoing security compliance in real time. Best part is that it integrates with our cloud solutions (AWS, in my case) to gather compliance evidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too rigid for advanced customization of policies. Sometimes the support response time is slow. one major drawback is that it is missing some integration features if you are using legacy setups

Securing our SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS certificates. real time monitoring. Regular security compliance updates

the customer service is top notch. They will do everything they can to assist with issues real time as well as keep you in the loop for anything they have to troubleshoot.

Secureframe allows me to automate compliance related tasks so I save up a lot of time

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe has assisted my organization by organizing policies and controls for us to easily keep track and update. It simplifies the audit process and quickly identifies any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now I cannot think of an issue because it really has been helpful.

Structuring our policies and easily identifying failing controls.

Ease of accessing all features. The UI is also very user friendly. The customer success team is also very supportive and quick to respond

The secureframe agent sometimes does not integrate well and shows a few controls as failing which is something needs to be improved

It is helping us be SOC2 and ISO compliant. It has also made our compliance and auditing easy
Good platform, excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
Customer support team is extremely helpful and responsive. Platform is well designed, great automation features. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all integrations prove to be helpful, unclear what setting up an integration will accomplish beforehand. Some operations throw unexplained errors sometimes, but one can generally work around issues and support has been excellent.

Secureframe helps achieve, demonstrate and maintain SOC2 compliance, with no requirement for pre-existing in-depth knowledge of SOC2 requirements.

User friendliness of the application, small ramp up time to become familiar with the product, automated scanning functionality does not result in a large amount of false positives

I would eventually like to see more customization options available for the automated results, as well as future integrations with more products

Helping us with our audit and compliance reports as well as proactive monitoring for compliance best practices

What do you like best about the product?
We reviewed a few alternatives to SecureFrame for our SOC2 compliance, and they were either buggy, or had very pushy sales people. SecureFrame staff has been very helpful and proactive, and the price has been good.

Sign in with Google is an upsell. Would have been nice to see this included.

Secureframe has successfully guided and supported us through our first SOC2 audit.
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe allows the auditor direct access to Secureframe, saving a lot of work in transmitting information/evidence.
For me, it was the first time working with such software or participating in a SOC2 audit, and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was for me to find my way around.
If a problem or question arose, customer service was always quickly reachable and had a solution ready, usually on the same day.
We were also very impressed by the multitude of features that Secureframe offers (integrations, policies, personnel, etc.), allowing us to save in other areas by using Secureframe.

Actually, there isn't much to criticize. The auditor pointed out some tests that we should activate, which Secureframe did not alert us to in advance. However, these were minor issues and did not cause us any real problems with the auditor, just a slight additional effort to answer the auditor's questions.

Secureframe helps us with passing audits such as SOC2. Furthermore, we have listed our vendors here with details, as well as internal policies that our employees can access and sign. Additionally, Secureframe offers some quality of life features that are useful to us in many areas.
Perfect tool for overall Compliance Management and tracking

We used Secureframe for our SOC2 certification process, and the platform had the capabilities of getting automatic details through its many integrations, thus reducing the need for much of the manual tasks.
Support from the team was also great to ensure that we were given attendtion when needed and helped on doubts.
The platform was easy to use and did not have many requirements in terms of implementation, as it was a quick portal login.

There are challanges in terms of available integrations especially when considering that there could be custom appalications and features within that would need more details for certain tests to pass.

Default policies and procedure documents are made available, and there are only minimal changes required for the organization to pass those, while the implementation could be wholly different or nonexistent; there is no feature or checks to ensure that things are followed as described.

We used SecureFrame to get one of our suborganizations SOC2 certified, and having integrations with AWS and Microsoft helped with the high-level integrations; it did reduce the overall efforts that were needed to gather the evidence.The platform also keeps all the required pieces of information and details in a single place that helps ease the compliance process. However, on the flip side, the categorization of the test into respective departments was a challenge, as there was no indication of what exactly is needed as evidence nor any outlier that could have helped with that information.
