9-Months to a Successful Completion
What do you like best about the product?
Having a weekly meeting was important having never sought a SOC2 Type II attestation. The meetings helped keep focus and direction moving in a positive direction. There was a time factor involved for us to be completed and having the meetings was very beneficial. The users interface with the website was understandable and helpful once we got moving in a positive direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little daunting to begin with as the steps from beginning to end were a bit nebulous to start. Where to focus one's attention was a bit confusing. While there were steps to setup one's account, we found there was a need for a "Focus on ..." first was needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to achieve a SOC2 Type II attestation per the requirements of a client who does work for the Federal government.

I appreciate that Secureframe offers excellent value for money with robust features perfectly suited to our organization's size and maturity. The setup was smooth thanks to their fantastic account management and advisory, making the process feel like we had an expert team member onboard. It has significantly contributed to our ISO 27001 certification, helping us to secure larger clients, which wouldn't have been possible otherwise. The seamless integration of features like risk management, employee onboarding, policy review, and security awareness truly streamlines our operations. I love the new AI feature for evidence validation, which enhances the overall functionality. With comprehensive integrations like Microsoft Azure and Office 365, automating tests effectively, it helps meet control requirements effortlessly. I am delighted with the support and partnership facilitated through Secureframe, such as arranging pen testing and external audit partners.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Secureframe is how seamlessly it streamlines our compliance process. The platform centralizes everything—from policy management to vendor tracking—making it easy to stay audit-ready at all times. Their customer support team is incredibly responsive and proactive, which gives me confidence that we’re always in good hands. Secureframe has turned what used to be a stressful, manual process into an efficient, organized workflow that saves us time and keeps us ahead of deadlines
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can’t think of anything negative—though I’d love to see even more integrations and reporting tools added over time because the existing features have already been so valuable for us.

Secureframe streamlines our entire compliance process by automating tasks like policy management, vendor monitoring, and audit preparation. It saves us significant time, reduces the risk of human error, and keeps us continuously audit-ready, which gives our team peace of mind.

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe works well for integrtaing with Azure platform and ensuring that we are maintaining compliance for SOC, ISO & HIPAA requirements. It continuously monitors and provides comprehensive testing to ensure our success.

It would be helpful to allow for "Bulk" setting of dates for the tests.

Makes Evidence Collection Painless
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe provides a good starting point for organizing everything. Easily-configurable integrations make is painless to capture critical information without any hard work.

There's nothing yet that I dislike. Great product so far.

We want the benefits of a SOC2 audit and Secreframe is helping us to get there in style.

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe is so easy to understand/ use. The implementation process was very well explained, making onboarding and integration smooth. The employees & account managers are incredibly responsive and helpful. The trust center is so helpful for sending to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pricey but at the end of the day still worth it!

We use Secureframe for monitoring and for SOC2 compliance. The platform has helped us increase our policies and standards which helps us with clients.

It is pretty solid! I would love for it to be cheaper but I get it!

It accelerates us getting our SOC II type II compliance and streamlines it immensely.
Breeze through compliance with Secureframe
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automated assessment and guides to be compliant with the framework controls. Evidence helps a great deal in pinpointing a resource/policy that needs to be looked into. The AI generated guide to resolve issues also works like a charm most of the times.

What do you dislike about the product?
My only feedback for the secureframe team is to improve transparency when the automated tests pull latest resources from integrations such as github/ AWS.
Also, giving the user the ability to export the evidence as JSON would simplify information sharing and resolution by different teams.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our customers care about the security of their data and how we store/process it. Being SOC2 and GDPR compliant gives them the confidence to build the trust and work with us.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Secureframe's straightforward setup and its integrations, which make it easy to use. The automated data collection for compliance greatly saves us time, and the user-friendly dashboard helps track progress efficiently. Additionally, their responsive team and regular feature updates enhance the customer experience.

There are a few missing integrations that we would like to see.
