Simple and Easy to Understand
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Secureframe is its ease of use. It takes what can be a very complicated and overwhelming process and makes it extremely simple to follow and understand. In addition, the guidance and support I've received throughout the pre-sales, onboarding, and implementation processes have been outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any downsides of using Secureframe.

Secureframe is helping us achieve SOC 2 certification.
My Dream Come True
What do you like best about the product?
For almost 5 years I have searched for a compliance platform like SecureFrame. Our customer success manager, Jon, was able to understand our business needs and get us onboarded quickly. From then on everything was easy, and even a little fun to use. SecureFrame is a friendly, smart, and "sticky" application to use for our SOC2 and HIPAA compliance. My information security team and I were able to get audit-ready in just over one month, and we were able to add our auditors in the Trust Center to make the evidence review easy and accessible. We will continue to use SecureFrame as our complaince needs grow with our SaaS business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only shortcoming we had is the lack of an integration with Rackspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SecureFrame provides a centralized policy manager for version management and approvals by team members. We are no longer sending emails around asking for review and signature. The integrations section is also very helpful to identify gaps in our DevOps and DLP tools.

- While the web portal is extremely functional, its user experience is sometimes clumsy in terms of both UI and UX
- The device Agent software installation does not go smoothly for everyone

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe solves automation of the security audit preparation. It automatically checks users' access level, their policy acceptance progress, and their device security preferences.

What do you like best about the product?
The pre-made policy documents were convenient at the time, and have been EXTREMELY useful since. Customer support was fantastic - thanks so much to Brandon and Rob.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a lot of trouble getting the in scope computers certified / approved - that process could be looked at / improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we got our SOC 2 Type 1 certification, Secureframe has helped us win new customers, because we're able to show adherece to even strict cybersecurity requirements.
Solid app but could use some minor tweaks
What do you like best about the product?
The app is intuitive to use and addresses most of our security and policy needs. The collaboration aspect is especially helpful because most of our usage involves filling out infosec and data due diligence forms for prospects and clients which require input from multiple cross functional teams. I also love the web plugin feature since it helps me speed up responding to online data due diligence forms by minimizing the amount of back and forth between resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take an inordinate amount of time to upload Questionnaires, which can be frustrating. And sometimes Questionnaires don't upload altogether. I also wish there was more flexibility and variety with respect to the different types of question categories available when uploading Questionnaires. We deal with a large variety of data due diligence questionnaires from prospects and clients in a variety of formats that aren't all accounted for in the app (i.e., multiple choice, yes/no/not applicable, multiple select, etc). I also wish it were possible to search policies by keyword, not just by title.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe primarily helps us to manage the speed up the process of responding to prospect and client due diligence/infosec questionnaires as a part of the pre sales and sales process. We also use it to manage our policies and keep them up to date using version control. We are working on building out a Trust Center that we can refer prospects to in order to cut down on the amount of time and effort required to respond to pre-sales due diligence forms.

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe's communication stands out to me. They're always on point with detailed answers whenever I'm in a bind with questions. Plus, they don't just stop at one solution; they lay out all the options right from the start, which cuts down on the email ping-pong. Their suggestions often end up being oriented with our future goals anyways. So it works out well.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, my dislikes about Secureframe were mostly about the web interface and how it felt to use it. But I've got to hand it to them, every time I've flagged something, they've taken it to heart and improved the experience. Sometimes it was a random emprovement I saw later down the road, sometimes they'd let me know something was specifically implemented. I am not sure if this was because it was already on the roadmade, or if it was possible it wasn't. Now, finding something to dislike is more of a difficult find since... it has been rather smooth-sailing since then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe is a lifesaver when it comes to getting our ducks in a row for audits and compliance certs. They make sense of the endless documents, controls, serving up just what we need to know so we can get right to work. Paired with reminders and their check-up meetings. Pretty stellar service relationship for sure.

As the Secureframe system continues to evolve, we have encountered some technical issues. However, Secureframe demonstrates a high level of responsiveness to these challenges and is committed to resolving them promptly

Secureframe simplifies the compliance process by providing a user-friendly platform and automating various tasks, ultimately saving us time and resources while ensuring regulatory requirements are met efficiently.
Easy to use as an employee + great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the software is easy to use and very straight-forward. It clearly showed me what needed to be completed for my company's security requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was one question I had about completing the last step of my training, but I was able to connect very quickly to a customer support rep who answered my question right away and it got resolved ASAP! It had to do with a third-party vendor that my company uses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep track of our security policies and training to ensure all users are compliant with the protocols in place.
