Great strides into Questionnaire Automation
What do you like best about the product?
As the Solutions Engineer, I answer many security and vendor questionnaires every month. The use of the Knowledge Base and Questionnaire sections of Secureframe has dramatically shortened the time to completion on these. I have been able to quickly upload previously completed questionnaires to the platform to start populating the KB for immediate implementation and usage. I am able to use the Chrome extension to allow me to use this multiple times a week to answer questions on demo calls as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve on how to upload a questionnaire into the system to be answered is a bit steep. The UI will bounce around and you can easily lose your spot on long questionnaires. The Chrome extension can be a bit too overzelous when attempting to get you an answer but is easily overcome with some training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Secureframe to manage our audits, as well as complete questionnaires. These tie nicely into each other for a streamlined system of unified information.
Amazing support and customer service
What do you like best about the product?
As a novice security professional and a new company, Secureframe has been extremely helpful and supportive in our compliance journey. Their customer service is top-notch and offered to set up weekly sessions to help tackle all our controls and tests in preparation for our SOC2 audits. They will provide whatever level of support you require, whether you are a seasoned IT professional or someone learning along the way, like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, there is nothing I dislike about Secureframe.

Great Support for SOC2
What do you like best about the product?
I am new to the SOC2 process and Secureframe has made it much easier to decipher what needs to be done. They are quick to respond with questions and provide great support.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to navigate the menus, but once you gain a little practice, it becomes clearer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assisting with SOC2. We didn't know where to start and they made it easy to break down into tasks.

Secureframe automates a huge portion of compliance checks, saving a lot of manual effort. Its wide range of integrations makes connecting with our existing tools seamless.
Once you get familiar with the platform, it becomes very straightforward and efficient to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup and interface can feel a bit overwhelming, especially for first-time users. There’s a learning curve in navigating all the features and settings. However, once you understand the workflow, the complexity becomes much more manageable.
Some integrations may be limited if you don't have an enterprise subscription with the 3rd party, but there isn't much Secureframe can do to solve it, as discussed directly with them.

SecureFrame made SoC2 compliance easy
What do you like best about the product?
SecureFrame has transformed our SOC 2 compliance process, making it streamlined and efficient. The standout feature is its powerful evidence collection, which is not only comprehensive but also incredibly reusable. This feature has been a game-changer, allowing us to easily address customer requests during initial product security evaluations by providing clear, organized evidence. Even though we only subscribed to the SOC 2 framework, the robust evidence collection made preparing for FedRAMP authorization for our flagship product significantly easier, as it covered so many compliance needs. The platform’s automation integrates seamlessly with our tech stack, and the intuitive dashboard keeps everything manageable. Paired with their responsive support, SecureFrame is a must-have for simplifying compliance and customer trust. Highly recommend!

The list of repositories can be improved. When the name/link of a repo is too long, the name/link is cutoff making finding the right repo very difficult.

This reusability, despite subscribing only to the SOC 2 framework, also streamlined our preparation for FedRAMP authorization for our flagship product by covering overlapping requirements. Additionally, SecureFrame’s active compliance issue detection for our cloud/SaaS services ensures we stay ahead of potential risks. This dual benefit—simplifying compliance and enhancing continuous security—has significantly reduced manual effort and strengthened our infrastructure’s overall security posture. The platform’s seamless integrations, intuitive dashboard, and responsive support make compliance manageable and boost our confidence in maintaining robust security. SecureFrame is an invaluable tool for both compliance and ongoing security assurance.
How compliance went from a chore to a strategic advantage
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe puts an end to this unique challenge: as founders, it has permanently shifted how we think about compliance. Without any intervention from the customer, the Google Workspace integration enforces acknowledgment of employee policies and access controls which were previously managed manually leaving an error-prone process. The only thing that stood out to me, was how fast we were able to go live — after three weeks, all of our compliance criteria were visible within the ImmuniWeb portal. They were also the most responsive and hands-on team of any vendor during SOC 2 prep (which is not a small feat, btw — even spun up to full speed, this can be an overwhelming process), helping us craft responses for investor due diligence with some investors holding off until completion of our audit. We rely on it now for everything bottled in every department, and automated vendor risk assessments have become indispensable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve for nontechnical team members due to the depth of platform Despite their power, some compliance training modules probably can benefit from the use of plainer language. I would prefer more executive dashboard customizability as well.

What do you like best about the product?
For a small company without a dedicated compliance team, Secureframe has been a game-changer. It integrates seamlessly with the vast majority of tools is use, which means we didn’t have to reinvent our workflows. The platform provides clear visibility into our compliance status, helps us stay audit-ready year-round, and keeps the process manageable without requiring full-time staffing.

What do you dislike about the product?
Over the past two years, we have encountered a couple of minor bugs, but each time the Secureframe team addressed them quickly. While nothing has been a showstopper, a bit more proactive communication on upcoming changes or fixes would be a nice touch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe has allowed us to stay compliant with minimal resources. Without it, we would have needed at least one person fully dedicated to compliance work. Now, we can manage SOC 2 readiness and other compliance goals alongside our day-to-day business priorities. The integrations and automation free us from repetitive manual tasks, while still giving us the confidence that our controls are in place and audit-ready at any time.
Fast time to value to achieve ISO 27001
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe provided a clear, structured path to achieving ISO 27001, significantly reducing the time and effort needed. The platform’s integrations and automated evidence collection streamlined compliance tasks, while their responsive customer support / CS ensured we stayed on track. Support for forwarding to relevant auditing partners was helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations required minor manual adjustments, and a few platform features could offer deeper customization. However, these were small trade-offs compared to the overall efficiency gained. We have achieved our certification and have setup quarterly monitoring for most important parts.

Secureframe simplifies and accelerates the ISO 27001 certification process by automating evidence collection, tracking tasks, and providing clear guidance. This has reduced compliance overhead, improved audit readiness, and allowed our team to focus more on core business priorities.
Flexible Compliance Platform with Strong Multi-Account Support
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe makes it straightforward to manage compliance across different tools on multiple accounts and easily scope requirements for different frameworks such as PCI and SOC 2. I also appreciate the ability to trigger manual syncs after making changes, so updates are reflected quickly and progress can be tracked and reported in real time.

It can be challenging to integrate with some of our internal tools, but this is a common limitation with most third-party vendors.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Scureframe is how easy it is to use, even if you are not a compliance expert the platform is pretty straight forward and easy to use. Setting everything is a simple way that made the implementation process a breeze. we didn't have to spend weeks for the team training.

What do you dislike about the product?
While SecureFrame is pretty solid overall, there are a few small areas where it could improve, like customisation in reporting and admin control for tasks. These features are fine as they are, but some extra flexibility would make the platform even better. However, I know they’re constantly making updates, so it’s clear they’re listening to feedback.

ScureFrame changed the overall concepts by streamlining compliance, it offers a wide range of features that help us meet the regulatory requirements, especially integration with other tools which makes everything in one place efficiently and effectively.
