Fast time to value to achieve ISO 27001
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe provided a clear, structured path to achieving ISO 27001, significantly reducing the time and effort needed. The platform’s integrations and automated evidence collection streamlined compliance tasks, while their responsive customer support / CS ensured we stayed on track. Support for forwarding to relevant auditing partners was helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations required minor manual adjustments, and a few platform features could offer deeper customization. However, these were small trade-offs compared to the overall efficiency gained. We have achieved our certification and have setup quarterly monitoring for most important parts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe simplifies and accelerates the ISO 27001 certification process by automating evidence collection, tracking tasks, and providing clear guidance. This has reduced compliance overhead, improved audit readiness, and allowed our team to focus more on core business priorities.
Flexible Compliance Platform with Strong Multi-Account Support
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe makes it straightforward to manage compliance across different tools on multiple accounts and easily scope requirements for different frameworks such as PCI and SOC 2. I also appreciate the ability to trigger manual syncs after making changes, so updates are reflected quickly and progress can be tracked and reported in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging to integrate with some of our internal tools, but this is a common limitation with most third-party vendors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe centralizes our compliance management across multiple accounts and frameworks, making it easier to prepare for audits like PCI and SOC 2. It streamlines evidence collection, provides clear visibility into progress, and allows manual syncs to ensure data is always current. This reduces the time and complexity involved in meeting compliance requirements and improves our audit readiness.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Scureframe is how easy it is to use, even if you are not a compliance expert the platform is pretty straight forward and easy to use. Setting everything is a simple way that made the implementation process a breeze. we didn't have to spend weeks for the team training.

What do you dislike about the product?
While SecureFrame is pretty solid overall, there are a few small areas where it could improve, like customisation in reporting and admin control for tasks. These features are fine as they are, but some extra flexibility would make the platform even better. However, I know they’re constantly making updates, so it’s clear they’re listening to feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ScureFrame changed the overall concepts by streamlining compliance, it offers a wide range of features that help us meet the regulatory requirements, especially integration with other tools which makes everything in one place efficiently and effectively.
A startup friendly product
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to get up to speed and affordable for us as a startup. Great customer service/support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integration are a bit lacking and we've had a few instances where there were features that didn't seem to have been well QA'd.

What do you like best about the product?
i Love how Secureframe organize multiple compliance frameworks--SOC 2,GDPR, NIST into one visual dashboard. Color- coded statues lets us see our standing in seconds
What do you dislike about the product?
Drag-and-drop control mapping would a cool addition, even though the current system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've eliminated the chaos of tracking multiple framework separately, which has freed up significant admin time
Secureframe is extremely end user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe is extremely end user friendly from the admin portal to the employee portal. It’s a great resource as an HR leaders to track required training. The provided Security training is top tier and extremely happy with it.
The integration capabilities is quite impressive as well!
I can also applaud their Customer Success and Support team. Extremely helpful and usually responds same day!

Evidence That looks Too Good Tooo True
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe's evidence validation makes audits painless- the pass/fail layout is simple, but you can click for full details when needed. The balance of clarity and depth is spot on
What do you dislike about the product?
The Export feature works fine now, but a more visually branded PDF could make our report even more impressive to client

Our Audit prep time has been cut in half because the UI organizes and present data exactly how auditors want to see it
Real-Time Alert Without the Noise
What do you like best about the product?
i appreciate how the the alert feed is laid out- severity labels, clear timestamps, and filtering option make it easy to focus on what matters. The design feels intentional and uncluttered

A resizable alert panel would be a nice-to-have, though the current format is already highly functional
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we can now act on alerts within minutes without getting lost in irrelevant notification, which has improved our incident response times
Clarity in a sea of Compliance Requirement
What do you like best about the product?
Navigation is smooth, and progress tracking is never buried. It's easy to jump between frameworks without loosing momentum.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would appreciate a "priority view" to see urgent tasks first.

We've cut compliance review times significantly because my team knows exactly what's pending and what's 'done
