Vendors statuses are displayed visually, making it clear who's compliant at a glance. The Layout is neat and organized

Vendors onboarding is already quick, but a one-click invite would make it even faster

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe didn't just offer a checklist-they brought structure to chaos. As someone responsible for both GDPR and SOC2 readiness across a fast-moving customer messaging platform, I needed more than automation. I needed clarity, accountability, and system that could scale with our engineering velocity. Secureframe delivered that. Their dashboard gave me real-time visibility into control ownership, audit timelines, and policy gaps. The integrations with our exiting stack (AWS, GitHub. etc.) weren't just functional-they were thoughtfully designed to reduce noise and surface what mattered. Their support team actually understood the nuance of software development environments, which is rare.
What do you dislike about the product?
The policy templates are useful as a starting point, but they lean generic. We had to invest time tailoring them to reflect the reality of our infrastructure and workflows, Also, while the platform is strong on SOC 2 and GDPR, I'd like to see deeper support for ISO 27001 and cross-framework mapping-especially for companies operating globally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe helped us move from reactive compliance to proactive governance. Before, audit felt like fire drills. Now, we operate with a living system of controls that's aligned with our engineering cadence. GDPR data mapping used to be a manual nightmare-now it's a structured process with clear ownership. What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the team, they are committed to helping and I never get pushback for posing questions or clarifications. They don't sign you and then disappear. The software itself is clean and understandable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it feels like it's still in it's infancy of features. There is some basic stuff that should be addressed to streamline things 10x. I know they are actively working on improvements, and they do actually deliver what they talk about which is nice. Looking forward to future iterations.

Secureframe helped us get SOC2 compliant, and the team guided us well through that process. For a first-timer, it was relatively painless and simpler than I anticipated.
