Secureframe gave us clarity in the chaos of telecom compliance
What do you like best about the product?
In the telecom space, regulatory complexity isn't just a nuisance-it's a moving target. Secureframe didn't just help us tick boxes; it gave us a living map of out compliance posture. The platform's ability to align our internal controls with evolving telecom regulations-without drowning us in jargon-was a breath of fresh air. I especially appreciated how it integrated with our exiting stack without forcing us to twice our workflows. The dashboard isn't just informative-it's strategic. It helped our teams prioritize what mattered most.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's room for improvement in how Secureframe handles multi-region compliance nuances. Telecom regulations vary wildly across jurisdictions, and while the platform covers the major ones, we had to supplement with manual oversight in a few edge cases. Also the reporting templates could use more flexibility for executive-level presentations.

Twilio operates in a high-stakes environment where secure communications aren't optional=they're foundational. Secureframe helped us build a compliance program that
's not just reactive but anticipatory. It reduced our audit prep time by over 60%, gave our CISO team real-time visibility into control gaps, and allowed our data governance function to operate with confidence. The biggest win? We now treat compliance as a strategic asset, not a cost center.

Intuitive Dashboard for SOC 2 success
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard breaks SOC2 into clear steps with visual progress tracking, making it easy for everyone to follow. it's simple yet detailed enough for our compliance team
What do you dislike about the product?
The detailed reports are great though they sometimes tempt me to spend extra time digging through all the insight

Keeps our SOC 2 process on track without overwhelming the team
An Amazing Tool, Especially for People New to SOC Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Customer service is fantastic, Nickson Jean-Baptiste is our firm's point of contact and he is incredibly knowledgeable. Both my firm and myself were new to the SOC compliance world and Nickson's knowledge was paramount to helping us get our first SOC 2 cert. His training and subject-matter expertise are unparalleled.
The application itself is incredibly intuitive, guiding users with widgets, templates and "scores" to demonstrate the organization's progress towards its compliance certification. It does just enough hand-holding to keep you accountable while giving you enough wiggle room to explain compliance outside of the SF "box".

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to note. Performance, accessibility and customization all rate between adequate and excellent in my opinion. We've had some issues with integrations breaking, but I'm not sure if that is on the SF side or the integrating applications' sides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing a relatively small security team to complete what is considered a large project.
atisfying GRC Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The application is very easy to use. The customer support has never dropped the ball since about 2 years we implemented the solution. The integration is seemless and most of the data being integrated are properly aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, we have to do a 5 seconds reconnect the integrations which we believe we can live with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are compliant in four frameworks because of Secureframe deployment. Our Audit management is also very smooth with minimal audit requests and delays.
Compliance Made Simple Secureframe is a Game Changer For Software Development Teams.
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe really takes the stress out of managing compliance. As someone working in software development, I appreciate tools that let us concentrate on creating great products rather than dealing with endless paperwork. Their platform automation ,combined with expert designed templates and clear guidance, made preparing for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 Straightforward and worry free.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is really features rich, but newcomer., it can feel a bit overwhelming with how many options there are. it would be helpful to have a simplified onboarding experience personalized for small dev teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started using Secureframe , managing compliance felt chaotic juggling multiple tools and constantly chasing after documents. Now, everything in one place from vendor risk assessment to preparing for audit . it is a breakthrough our development team, save hours each week, we're less likely to miss important deadline, and our clients trust us more than ever. in an industry where security can make or break a deal Secureframe has truly become a essential part of how grow and build our reputation
Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
Once you get going the system is really intuitive and makes renewing our SOC 2 Type 2 compliance really straight forward. Having the ability to quickly see what is failing or at risk well laid out from UI/UX perspective, and now using AI to verify what we're submitting for testing is complete is also reassuring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding was a little difficult as there was less handholding than expected. That said, the team is super responsive whenever you reach out and ready to jump on a call to answer any questions or concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s impossible to work with larger partners today without at least SOC 1 compliance. Even four years ago, achieving that would have taken four times the effort and cost. Secureframe made it possible through incredible efficiency. It also gives us the confidence to work with larger partners who may require other certifications, knowing that multiple frameworks are supported.
HR and Compliance Speak the Same Language at Last
What do you like best about the product?
The Solution Paycor integration auto-provisions/deprovisions employees and monitors training completion. Simple dashboards that make it extremely easy for HR teams to use. Complex Payroll setup, just took 2 weeks for implementation. We needed to customize workflows for our union workforce and we worked with customer support. We use it weekly for audits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sync with Paycor — Push leave requests to Paycor: Returns will appear in the next 24 hours, but no more than every 3 minutes for any single request. Custom reporting requires CSV exports. Mobile app is missing key features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has slashed employee onboarding compliance time from 5 days to just 2 hours. This quarter alone automated offboarding has saved Legal from 3 compliance violations.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily things I dislike, but some feature requests - 1) Enable requesting / tracking user RBAC for individual vendors (even when the vendor doesn't have an integration with Secureframe). 2) Enable full text search on policies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC2 audit and long term compliance maintenance
Secure and Compliant – All in a Single Platform
What do you like best about the product?
1Password integration forced password policies among our 200+ staff due to the fact; Their API documentation was clear, and it makes easy to implement. We discovered a handful of tricky SCIM provisioning cases and were also helped by customer support in troubleshooting. We have been using it everyday, and it has tons of functionality like built-in automated secret rotation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bulk operations: The API rate limits resulted in some sync delays. It doesn't quite have the version control features we need in a policy editor. Enterprise SSO features depend on premium plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has eliminated 90% of our manual compliance work. Ever since, it has alerted 3 critical vulnerabilities from becoming incidents which may save future expense on breaches.
