Security & Compliance Built Into Our Design Culture
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe providers ready-to-use policy templates that we could adapt for our design team's workflow. The compliance status dashboard is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of features can feel overwhelming at first for small teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have an organized approach to meeting SOC 2 requirements. Achieved compliance faster, which impressed our biggest corporate client and secured a multi-year contract.
Our SOC II Type 2 Prep partner
What do you like best about the product?
Communication, always on hand to answer questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit more customization would be great to ensure we can match our exact ways of working and make the process that much easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compiling all of our SOC II Type 2 answers in one place and clearly identifying what's needed.
An easy way to stay on top of compliance
What do you like best about the product?
As a one man IT team, audit periods can be overwhelming, specially if you're juggling day to day tasks, internal projects and audits. Secureframe makes it really easy to track your tasks, see which users have tasks pending and their integration helps a lot when it comes to tracking vendors and auditing the apps we use.
Their support team has always been very helpful, they are quick to respond and they're really good at following up with you, even proactively.

What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed that every time there's an update we'll get a couple of bugs, but they get fixed pretty fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a security certification is challenging when you're chasing hundreds of users, having a tool that condenses everything into a single portal makes it more manageable, it's easier to pull reports and present data to clients as well.
Turned Compliance From a Burden to a Competitive Advantage
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe has been a game-changer for our 50-person SaaS company from the beginning cofounder. The Amazon Chime integration continually monitors employee policy acknowledgments and access policies, which saves us an extra 15+ hours a month. We were able to implement quickly - ready for audit in 6 weeks Our interactions with customer service were top-notch and they even provided assistance in tailoring our SOC 2 report for investor due diligence. We use it daily across departments and the number total features (especially vendor risk assessments) rival tools twice the price.
What do you dislike about the product?
For non-technical team members the learning curve was high initial. While generally user friendly, it could be more intuitive on the compliance training modules. Limited compared to Desktop for mobile experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance has now become a competitive sales weapon, whereas before, it was a "cost center". Real-time compliance status has helped us to close 3 enterprise deals and reduced audit preparation costs by 60%
Secureframe review
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations with alot of vendors we use made it easy to onboard and keep track of it.
Good evidence/tests/policies tracking.
Customer support team is pretty responsive and tries to guide you as much as they can through out the journey
It's easy to use once you get hang of it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not straightforward to remove certain tasks/tests that are false positives - CSM were very helpful on this.
Secureframe agent is good but doesn't support mobile devices yet(mobile devices)
This is probably not specific to secureframe but there were alot of manual excel sheet hand offs between our auditors during auditing.
We would get huge list of excel sheet of request of evidence/failing tests. I thought this would be done within secureframe.
Again this might've been our auditor issue.

One place to host and track all of our policies/vendor checks and anything else related to software security compliances
Helps organize and streamline security reviews
What do you like best about the product?
Everything I need for security reviews such as policies, certifications, and evidence is in one place. It saves me from chasing down different teams and lets me answer questions quickly. The layout is simple and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could ask questions using AI. I haven't found the AI upgrade to be very useful compared to ChatGPT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe makes it easy to manage security reviews by centralizing all compliance documents, certifications, and evidence in one place. I no longer have to track down information from multiple teams, which saves time and helps me respond to customer security requests much faster.
SecureFrame is an ideal security audit partner
What do you like best about the product?
SecureFrame has really helped us to prepare for our SOC 2 audit. We have a Customer Success Manager named Zach that we meet with twice a month to make sure that we are on track to pass our audit. We have had lots of questions and Zach always follows up with us, and they always have coverage if Zach happens to be out. Their platform is very user friendly and was easy to get all of our employees to use. I highly recommend them if you are preparing for a security audit. Their support, guidance and software are all top class.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downsides. We switched CSMs halfway through our onboarding due to a departure, but both of our Customer Success Managers have been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have been instrumental in setting us up for a successful security audit
Simplify the compliance journey
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe makes the compliance journey an achievable trip. The integrations, tests, and suggested tasks provide a step-by-step roadmap. The automated AWS tests also exposed risks I hadn't yet considered.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major downsides. It would be nice if each compliance framework wasn't a separate license.
