Streamlined Task Management and Confidence in Security Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
As an Operations Director, I juggle many responsibilities, and Secureframe has been a game-changer for me. It helps me stay organized, assign tasks to teammates, and keeps everyone accountable. I always know the status of the work, which gives me confidence in managing our security compliance. The platform simplifies complex tasks, allowing me to focus on what matters most.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area for improvement has been the scheduling and coordination when working with different teams. Since each certification involves a different team, it can be challenging to keep track of timelines and ensure responsiveness. While I understand the need for specialized teams, this structure can sometimes make it harder to navigate and coordinate effectively. A clearer overview of the process and better communication between teams would make it easier to manage the various moving parts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe helps us stay on top of compliance by streamlining the process of obtaining and managing our certifications. It ensures we meet all necessary standards and keeps us on track for timely renewals. This has been a huge benefit for me, as it simplifies compliance management and gives me confidence that we're always ready for audits.

It breaks down the frameworks your company is working towards and makes it so easy to get all your items in place for the audit process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to directly integrate some of our tools, but they are consistently adding more tools and have custom configurations.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use, has automated most of the hard work of SOC2, ISO27001, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are still many parts of the SOC2 process that are manual and can't be fully automated away. Not Secureframe's fault, but would be great to eventually have certification and pen testing included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have very stringent security requirements from our enterprise clients and Secureframe is super helpful in navigating these.
Streamlined Simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
As a small SaaS company with just 13 full-timers and a few interns, SOC 2 used to feel like something only big, well-staffed companies could pull off. Secureframe made it doable without derailing our actual work. Their built-in policies and automatic evidence collection — from HR integrations to GitHub — shaved hours off our prep.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the alerts are often too broad, I wish we could dial those in a little more. The Mobile interface could stand some improvements.

Having everything documented in one place has helped keep us organized and saved time as we navigate the SOC2 Compliance process.

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe has been an invaluable partner in taking us from uncertainty to successful audit completion. It excels at helping us track and manage the wide range of policies, rules, and regulations necessary to maintain compliance. Leveraging Secureframe to oversee our SOC 2 Type 2 audit is an easy choice. With their guidance, I can quickly pinpoint exactly what needs to be done and the most effective way to do it—ensuring we pass our audit with confidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times where it takes Secureframe a little while before it is in sync with other packages such as KnowBe4.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe enables me to track all of the moving parts of an audit to make sure we are ready for the audit.
Simplified and Streamlined Security Requests
What do you like best about the product?
We've found a lot of value with Secureframe and the Trust Center in particular. This makes getting our Security documents much easier for our current clients doing due diligence or potential clients that want to know more about how we handle security. This has been a great time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I've only experienced positives while using Secureframe. Unrelated to Secureframe's functionality, we have received several spam/phishing submissions through the Trust Center so additional ways to filter these types or requests would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe is helping save a lot of time at our organization by streamlining the many due dilligence requests that come through for Security documents. Being able to direct clients to the Trust Center makes communications and document delivery a breeze and the click-through NDA's are major time savers for the legal team as well.
SOC2 Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe makes the SOC 2 compliance process structured and transparent. I like that it centralizes evidence collection, automates a lot of recurring security tasks, and integrates with our core systems (like cloud infrastructure, HR tools, and ticketing systems). For a business that handles sensitive resident data and compliance records, having real-time visibility into audit readiness reduces risk and saves me time that I can redirect to product strategy. Their dashboards and reminders help keep engineering, security, and compliance stakeholders aligned without a ton of manual follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Secureframe is strong on automation, some integrations can feel rigid — if your workflows or tools deviate from the “happy path,” you may need workarounds. The UI can get cluttered when you’re tracking a large number of controls across multiple frameworks. Occasionally, response times for support on more technical questions can lag when you need a quick resolution to keep compliance tasks moving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe is solving the pain of manual SOC 2 compliance tracking and audit preparation. Before, ensuring ongoing compliance meant chasing down evidence from multiple teams, checking configurations manually, and worrying about whether we were truly “audit ready.” Now, Secureframe continuously monitors our systems, flags gaps proactively, and standardizes the evidence collection process. This gives me confidence that we’re protecting resident data in accordance with industry best practices, which strengthens our trust with property management clients and helps avoid costly delays or fines in our compliance-driven business
Excellent experience with Secureframe Platform
What do you like best about the product?
A centralized portal for managing SOC 2 compliance efforts and ongoing management. It was very easy to implement, and I'd say you can set it up for use within an hour. It offers a number of integrations so that it can easily scan for compliance gaps and provides remediation instructions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to mention. I'd say they may add more integrations in the future.
