What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Secureframe is that it feels less like a “compliance tool” and more like a proactive teammate. Instead of scrambling for screenshots and spreadsheets before audits, we have a living system that’s always in sync with our environment. The relief of seeing 90% of evidence ready before I even think about the audit is hard to overstate
What do you dislike about the product?
Secureframe solves the big pain points, but sometimes the smaller quality-of-life things lag behind. For example, certain reports could be more customizable, and I’d love a faster way to bulk-update evidence notes without clicking through each one. Small stuff, but you notice it during a busy audit week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe takes the chaos out of audit preparation. Instead of spending weeks chasing evidence, screenshots, and access reviews, we have a single system that continuously collects and updates everything in the background. When audit time comes, 90% of the work is already done—saving us countless hours, reducing stress, and letting our team focus on actual security improvements instead of paperwork.

What do you like best about the product?
For an emerging startup operating in the highly regulated MedTech space, compliance is mission-critical. Secureframe has been an outstanding partner in helping us navigate and implement multiple compliance frameworks simultaneously, saving us time by effectively identifying overlap among various compliance frameworks and providing easy-to-customise templates for compliance documents. Their platform streamlines what would otherwise be an overwhelming process, turning complex requirements into clear, actionable steps.
What stands out the most is the promptness, responsiveness, and meticulous attention to detail from our Customer Success Manager, Coletta. Every time we had a question or needed guidance, the response was not just fast — it was thoughtful, context-aware, and always included proactive suggestions and guidance. This level of engagement has given us confidence that nothing will fall through the cracks, even under tight deadlines. What do you dislike about the product?
Like any sophisticated compliance tool, there’s a learning curve, but Secureframe onboarding process and support make it manageable. Few areas of improvements that would benefit us are: automated CAPA management and ability to manage the complete lifecycle of System Validation Packages. However, these are areas of improvements, and not deficiencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to achieve and maintain compliance with multiple frameworks, including ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and HIPAA, while moving quickly as a startup.
Secureframe has enabled us to:
- Consolidate and track requirements for multiple standards in a single platform.
- Automate evidence collection and monitoring to reduce manual effort.
= Prepare for audits with confidence and clarity, as a testament to that we have recently successfully passed external vendor audit.
- Demonstrate compliance readiness to customers, partners, and investors, accelerating trust-building and sales conversations.
The result is a significant reduction in time-to-compliance, minimised operational risk, and the ability to focus our energy on innovation rather than administrative burden.

What do you like best about the product?
The Secureframe platform is the straightforward to use and has continuously helped me to stay on top of numerous compliance framework requirements. I'm in the platform almost daily and its really clear what I need to do, when it's due and which frameworks are impacted. The support team are also amazing!

It doesn't automate my job fully yet! haha

We are a small team working on adherence to multiple compliance frameworks - doing this manually would not have been possible.

Honestly, I haven’t experienced anything negative so far. The platform has met or exceeded all my expectations.

The policy templates and security training modules make compliance easy for a creative team that isn’t full of security experts. Everything is well-organized and straightforward.

It would be nice to have more customization for the automated reminders to fit our project schedules.

Clients in finance and healthcare require strict security measures before working with us. Secureframe gave us the structure to meet those demands quickly. We now qualify for projects we previously couldn’t bid on, growing our client base in regulated industries.

What do you like best about the product?
It used to take three separate consulting firms to manage overlapping frameworks (SOC 2 Type 2, NYDFS, and now EU DORA). With a unified control mapping from Secureframe, I can show how one control (like encryption key rotation) meets multiple requirements at once. The collaboration portal for auditors is absolute genius - they can ask for evidence directly there, which puts an end to those indefinite search threads by email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even today, customizing control descriptions for niche financial regulations still requires manual overrides. I also hope to see more policy templates specific to regions (like an APAC data localization addendum) in their repository library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By 40% YOY, we've cut the cost of legal fees associated with compliance. While accelerating our ability to get into new regulated markets. Last quarter, we passed a surprise FDIC audit in under 72 hours thanks to our always-on evidence readiness.

Secureframe takes the headache out of compliance audits. Their automated evidence collection lets us focus on design project instead of chasing documents. The dashboard is intuitive and requires minimal training for our team.

Some integration require manual tweaking before they work seamlessly with our internal tools.

The Central Nervous System for Our Compliance Operations
What do you like best about the product?
As a System Administrator responsible for hybrid cloud environments, the effect of continuous configuration monitoring directly into your AWS and Azure environment can be transformational as it is to our organization with all configurations being managed via GitHub. As soon as we plug in a service by just connecting an AWS account, it can tell us all the ways our Security posture fails SOC 2 and ISO 27001 — such as unencrypted S3 buckets, or this overly permissive IAM role; with known action to fix. We used to do a lot of audit with screenshot-and-spreadsheet work and most of which has been automated so now you are looking at 90% reduction in the kind of screenshots and spreadsheets we used to have to build up for audits.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are monitoring on-prem servers, be aware that agent-based monitoring takes more time to set up than cloud integrations. I would also like more granular access controls when handing out tasks; as-is junior admins either see way to much or don't see enough of a compliance gap check.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has taken compliance from being a reactive yearly panic chore to the way things are done 24/7. Gone are the days where a misconfiguration goes unnoticed for 4 or more months; we identify them within hours, and that has directly improved our MTTR on critical vulnerabilities by 65%
