A Must-Have for Streamlined Compliance Management
What do you like best about the product?
Coming from the viewpoint of a Cybersecurity Director, I love what Secureframe has been doing to make handling complex compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO, and PCI DSS as easy as possible. My team can focus on strategic security improvements rather than audit prepOver time, the ability to collect evidence automatically from AWS (and soon Okta and GitHub) has eliminated most of the manual grunt work for PCI DSS. I ask this is Because the real-time compliance dashboard it provides gateways to see gaps and helps me with executive level reporting on remediation progress impacts my system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though the platform might be stronger when it comes to standard frameworks, users need to provide some governance themselves for more customized approaches (like region-specific compliance needs). Similarly, I would appreciate more control around alerting; current notifications are too broad and create unnecessary noise for my IT team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe eliminates compliance headaches by centralizing evidence, policies, audit trails and more. This translates to shorter sales cycles (because prospects trust out certifications) and minimizes our risk of audit failures, which are huge for a financial services firm like ours. That has reduced our prep time by 60%, so now I can use the money saved to put more resources toward active threat detection.
easy way to get HIPAA compliant with secureframe
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use to get HIPAA compliant with secureframe for our product on AWS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some test seems to be not necessary and does not apply to our case but I still have to pass that test.

help us get HIPAA compliant
Top-Tier Support for First-Time SOC 2
What do you like best about the product?
Nervous leading our first SOC 2 audit ever as an IT Support lead. The Secureframe team held our hands every step along the way — answering questions, reviewing policies, and even joining calls with our auditor. The guided workflows and explainer tooltips of the platform made even complex requirements — say, around encryption standards — approachable to our entire team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very versatile as a reporting feature. But, the standard compliance reports are awesome, to export custom data for board presentations was a little laborious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe helped us go from no compliance posture to SOC 2-ready within 4 months using their templates and automation. The biggest win? We can now also sell our compliance level as a competitive differentiator to our sales team.
From Chaos to Confidence in Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Its intuitive design, which allows both technical and non-technical stakeholders (Lawyers and HR) to support compliance. Policies too come with audit trail and version history which is a lifesaver during audits. And the Slack reminders for tasks past their due date keep our team focused.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, i'd like the risk-assessment module more customizable. As part of it, a few things were generic and related to vendor management & data retention but we needed the risk scoring to be significantly deeper to cater for industry specific. I was told that it is something they are working on by the Secureframe support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Annual audits that used to keep us up at night are now practically routine. The Systemized Workflows and docentraized records in Secureframe flipped the script on being reactive to compliance to becoming proactive. It has also eliminated our need for external consultants, saving us thousands per year.
A Must-Have for Streamlining Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe has completely revolutionized our compliance workflows as an IT Manager. Deep Source automates the evidence-collection aspect and monitors in real-time; we no longer dedicate manual resources on SOC 2 audits. Integration with our cloud infrastructure (AWS, GitHub) was seamless and the dashboard provides great visibility into compliance gaps. The sales and CS teams are also phenomenal (They have gone out of their way to be proactive in our perceptions even offering best-practices outside use of the tool).
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform itself is solid, however the onboarding process was less turn-key than I would have thought – especially around role-based access controls (RBAC). Their support team and our IT/Security Teams worked closely to customize permissions so that it aligned with best practices. However, they have recently fleshed out their RBAC model based upon user input.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before coming across Secureframe, we were managing our compliance via spreadsheets and manual checks using a bunch of different tools. Everything is now centralized which has not only lowered human error but shaved over 50% of audit prep time. Utility Stores The biggest benefit? Certifying companies can now directly access evidence in Secureframe instead of sending emails back and forth, reducing the time to complete certifications.
Exceptional compliance automation with expert guidance

The extensive integrations with our existing tech stack automatically collect evidence and monitor compliance continuously. The platform's AI-powered automation eliminates manual compliance tasks, while the dedicated team of 30+ compliance experts provides invaluable guidance throughout the audit process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup and configuration can be time-consuming when integrating with complex existing systems. Some advanced customization options require technical expertise that smaller teams might lack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe eliminates the manual burden of compliance management by automating evidence collection across our entire tech stack, saving our team hundreds of hours previously spent on SOC 2 audit preparation. The platform solves our multi-framework compliance challenges by supporting ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR standards simultaneously, while providing continuous monitoring that catches security gaps before they become audit issues. This has accelerated our sales cycles significantly, as we can now instantly demonstrate our security posture to enterprise clients through automated trust centers and security questionnaire responses.
The Compliance Control Panel of your business!
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe allows us to have a single source of truth for all our compliance monitoring and highlights where we are falling short. The UI is simple to navigate and self serve. Helped with SOC2 and Employee Quick Training at the time of onboarding. The ability to integrate it with Google Workspace as well as a MDM software like Hexnode makes it further reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
If it could start sending real-time updates when we fall out of compliance or if we drop below our threshold safety marks - it would be great. Also, sometimes the sync with Google Workspace takes time to update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being SOC 2 certified demonstrates our commitment to security especially to our Enterprise customers, with Secureframe streamlining audit readiness, compliance, and vendor risk management through clear, centralized, and easily consumable information - it becomes easy for us as well as our auditor to verify and keep us ahead in the race.
A useful and faster way of improving Data Security for the company, with a humble team to support
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe streamlines SOC 2 compliance by automating evidence collection, centralizing documentation, and offering clear step-by-step guidance. The integrations with cloud providers and HR systems save significant time and reduce manual work. The dashboard gives an at-a-glance view of progress and outstanding tasks, making it easy to stay audit-ready year-round.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain controls feel overly rigid and not easily tailored to unique workflows. Reporting customization options could be more flexible, and the platform can feel expensive for smaller teams relative to the feature set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe removes the complexity of managing SOC 2 compliance by automating evidence collection, mapping controls to frameworks, and tracking progress in one centralized platform. It eliminates the need to chase down documentation across multiple tools, reduces human error, and keeps us continuously audit-ready. This saves significant time for our engineering and compliance teams, shortens audit preparation, and helps us build trust with customers faster.
Stramline compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe helps keep all of your compliance documents in one place where it can be shared with auditors, internal and external personnel. One of the best features I enjoy using is the application integration and what it does once your application is connected to secureframe. Within a few minutes you are able to tell how well your application configurations are set up compared to compliance standards. On top of that there are suggestions on how to become compliant and so much more. The platform is easy to use, especially for personnel training. If an issue arises the support team waste no time to help resolve it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only thing I would like see a change in is the initial invitation expiration time for new personnel. I believe this is currently set at 6 hours. Having the option to increase this would help significantly with our current workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently Soc2 certified and secureframe has helped us streamline that process each year.
Affordable and Effective for Mid-Sized Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I myself as a Director of Operations for a flourishing startup know how important thing like budget and efficiency are. Secureframe Security — cost-effective without compromising on critical functionality The automated control mappings and pre-built policy templates saved us weeks of work. I also love that the platform alerts on expiring items like employee training records to make sure we are never caught off guard going into an audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The device-monitoring agent is flaky sometimes on macOS. Many of our engineers needed to reinstall it several times so that they could see it properly. Secureframe has acknowledged this and is working to improve the agent, but it is a small point of friction currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we grew, it became apparent that we needed a scalable solution to stay SOC 2 Type II compliant. Secureframe's automated evidence collection and auditor collaboration tools allowed us to focus on engineering instead of compliance paperwork. It also helped us to win enterprise deals, especially in automating security questionnaires.
