Secureframe automates the process of keeping your data secure from cyberattacks. It works in conjunction with your existing IT systems to help you comply with all your security requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike, it's an amazing platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC 2 Type 1 compliance. It's really very easy to use, all documents and policies could be reviewed internally at one place, helps a lot to make the audit process smooth and easy.

It is not just a software or platform that adapts to the reality of each business. Growing hand in hand with a group of experts in security and compliance, former auditors, is an invaluable experience, they are not only concerned with the fulfillment of their work agreed, but in the well-being of our organization and our clients, since their advisers contribute positively in the redesign of our organizational processes, in case it is required, constantly profiling them towards compliance with what is requested in the audits, destined for certification. What finally contribute to the improvement of the courses of action destined to the efficient provision of our service and to guarantee a reliable commercial relationship with our clients.

Initially its platform reflected a very technical language almost exclusively for experts, with them they have to be, however over time they have been perfected by adopting methodologies that adapt to the reality or situation of our organization's resources and processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe's interface when it comes to functionality for Vendor Security and Privacy Assessment Software is topnotch. The performance and assistance when it comes to using it is incomparable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess on my end there is nothing that I don't like because when our company started Secureframe their staff and company were hands on in making sure that the we are fully emerged and stable before we can operate by ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe helps solving our problem when it comes to risk-informed decisions so it basically helps our organization as a whole of course making sure as well by reducing the risk posed by other vendors to a level that is acceptable for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe helped me take control of my business even in this modern technology changes through automation, keeping me and my business ahead of my competition. They had also been helpful through their support system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I see is the simplistic UI. It can certainly do better, but the functions I need for the security review are all there. I hope Secureframe continue to grow based on their users' feedback to become one of the most sought software in terms of security compliance.

Preparing security compliance has been tough and doing your own business is challenging without the right tools. With Secureframe, it lessens the time I need in preparing all my compliances and have more time preparing how to properly manage my business.

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe makes it quick and easy to achieve and maintain security and privacy compliance. It streamlined a lot of processes. Very pleased. It also offers pre-built compliance workflows and automation tools to help companies stay on top of their compliance requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
A manageable system. There were no further obstacles we encoutered. Customer support was so helpful.

I thought it would be a horrendous amount of work, but Secureframe helped to reduce the burden of compliance audits and make the process more efficient and less time-consuming.

What do you like best about the product?
Their customer is perfect and kind. They would help you humbly and generously; plus, their platform is straightforward to use and user-friendly. Monitoring and looking over your business is very convenient with this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any significant downside, but some improvements are needed regarding the bugs in the platform. Other than that, it's all perfect to go.

We used secure frame for monitoring and outlining the business progress. But in future we want to use it for other purposes as our business progresses.
