Helpful for compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe makes managing compliance much easier by centralizing tasks and documentation into one organized platform. The user interface is clean and intuitive, and the onboarding process is straightforward. I also appreciate the automated reminders and workflows that help ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Customer support has been helpful and professional when I’ve had questions, and the integrations with other tools add convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the reporting from Secureframe doesn’t perfectly align with our MDM for a small number of devices. It seems to be more of an edge case than a common issue, but improving that consistency would make the platform even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Secureframe for security compliance and audit management, serving as our central source of truth for SOC 2 audit purposes. Having everything consolidated in one platform streamlines preparation, reduces the back-and-forth of gathering evidence, and helps ensure we stay organized throughout the audit process.

What do you like best about the product?
As an IT specialist supporting HR operations at a mid sized company, Secureframe has become essential for managing our SOC 2 compliance requirements. I use the platform daily for monitoring compliance status and weekly during audit preparation cycles, and the clean interface makes frequent use manageable without overwhelming complexity.
The employee portal is exceptionally well designed for HR workflows, our team can easily track mandatory training completions and policy acknowledgments without constant IT intervention, which has reduced my daily support tickets significantly. The visual dashboard with color coded status indicators (red, yellow, green) provides instant visibility into compliance gaps, which is crucial when supporting both customer operations and internal audit processes.
Customer support deserves recognition for their responsiveness during implementation and ongoing guidance. Most frustratingly, despite marketing promises of automated evidence collection, we still manually upload the majority of our documentation and screenshots, which defeats one of the platform's primary value propositions.

What do you like best about the product?
Our SOC2 process was so seamless with the help of Secureframe.

There is not much that I dislike. Maybe manual refreshes are not applied immediately, but a very small issue.

Secureframe’s best feature is their super easy and intuitive interface that allows users to take advantage of built-in features at no expense to heavy customization which is every user’s dream. In addition to allowing a mix of technology integration and fully customized SOC 2 controls and tests, the software streamlines evidence collection and makes audits much easier to navigate, with a sleek visual dashboard for live progress tracking.

What do you dislike about the product?
Secureframe lacked some of the RBAC features expected from audit software providers, necessitating workarounds. However, each and every one of our suggestions or feedback made it onto their development roadmap inclusive of more granular access control so I cannot really complain!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time, streamlining processes, reducing human error, easier evidence collection, insight into progress (completion and evidence expiry) - these are all things that we previously struggled with due to assessments being highly manual (Outlook, SharePoint, tons of Excel) and auditor-driven.

What do you like best about the product?
The peace of mind. Our 15-person marketing tech company used to scramble long before audits. Now, Secureframe's continuous monitoring flags all potential problems in real-time. A notification in Slack soon alerts me and I can fix things before the actual audit takes place. The auditor arrived and did a wonderful thing: they found us a firm that understood our niche and was within the budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
API documentation could use tightening. Connecting up our custom CRM required some dev help. Some notifications are over-twitchy and create false alarms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance has gone from a reactive cost to something we can sell. Our rep uses the Secureframe dashboard during mini-demos to show our security posture at work. By giving enterprise clients confidence in our certificates, we have shortened sales cycles by 2-3 weeks. The automated evidence library helped us pass a surprise bank audit without having to scramble.
