Faster and more confident audits when using Secureframe after a year
What do you like best about the product?
Time spent sharing and capturing evidence for auditors has dramatically decreased thanks to Secureframe integrations and previous years screenshot & doc uploads being properly indexed and expiring on schedule. Rather than figuring out how best to convey evidence for a particular test, we can refer back to what corresponding evidence was satisfactory the previous year, making our SOC2 and PCI audits almost stress-free. Finally best practice guidance on policy and addendums are also a great time saver to get started when audit frameworks evolve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup is painful but unavoidable - fortunately we got a lot of help from Secureframe themselves. One current shortcoming is the inability to tag AWS assets as being out of scope (this is also an issue within AWS SecurityHub itself) so there are still tasks currently manually completed that hopefully can be automated at some point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our auditors work directly with Secureframe as a repository of audit evidence, saving lots of time capturing evidence manually, and ensuring no controls and tests get missed prior to the audits starting.
Solid!
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe is a mature platform that gets the job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to say! Highly recommended.

Secureframe made our SOC2 Certification manageable and a success
What do you like best about the product?
Secure is an easy intuitive way to manage all the requirements to successfully meet your compliance needs. Any obstacles we encountered were quickly addressed by SecureFrame support and our Customer Success Manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing but great things to say about Secureframe. All interactions with the Secureframe team were positive and professional. A rare find these days!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many clients in our industry require SOC compliance to be considered as a vendor/partner. Secureframe helped us navigate the challenges associated with SOC compliance and has helped us year after year to maintain our compliance.
Great product - great integration
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe dramatically simplifies the compliance process. What I appreciate most is how intuitive the platform is for navigating complex frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001. It automates evidence collection across our cloud infrastructure, saving us dozens of hours each audit cycle.
Their integrations with AWS, Google Workspace, and our identity provider made onboarding seamless. The policy templates and task-tracking system helped our team stay focused and aligned. Plus, the customer success team is proactive, responsive, and truly invested in our success—they feel like a partner, not just a vendor.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is strong overall, some of the integrations—especially with lesser-used tools—can be a bit fragile or limited in scope. In a few cases, we had to manually upload evidence or troubleshoot sync issues, which undercut some of the automation benefits.
Additionally, the UI can feel a little rigid when trying to customize workflows or tailor policies beyond the templates provided. More flexibility and deeper API access would go a long way toward making Secureframe a truly embedded part of our compliance operations.

We use Secureframe to manage our SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance programs, and it’s helped us eliminate the chaos that usually comes with audit prep.
Before Secureframe, evidence collection was time-consuming and scattered across tools. Now, it’s mostly automated—integrating directly with our cloud infrastructure, identity provider, and ticketing systems. That’s saved us weeks of manual effort and helped ensure we’re always audit-ready.
It also streamlines policy management and task assignment across teams, giving us better visibility into gaps and deadlines. As a result, we’ve shortened our audit cycles, improved internal accountability, and can demonstrate compliance with confidence when talking to enterprise customers.

Secureframe - easy and all in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I love how all my compliance is compiled into one platform. I can get a holistic view of how my company is doing from one dashboard. I can also manage different tasks all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to get all the integrations set up between different software providers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe makes our SOC 2 audits very easy and clean to track. It also lets us track employee policy review health, vendor health, and we use it for our trust center so our vendors/clients can perform their due diligence on us. I love it.
Secureframe Guidance
What do you like best about the product?
Brandon from SF has been great at guiding me through not only their software but the entire SOC 2/Type 2 process. I am new to all of this so his guidance has been instrumental. Couple that with the product's intuitive design and its been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything to say here. All positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SF helps me stay on top of our SOC2/T2 compliance.
Such a helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to house so many aspects of compliance under one roof. The ability to have a customer-facing Trust Center while being able to manage it and link it to our resources on the back end has been a game changer for our compliance and diligence team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation does take some getting used to, there is a learning period on where everything is housed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe has provided a one stop shop for compliance on both the customer-facing end and the back end for our internal teams. Being able to track metrics, requests, etc while also managing vendors and our audits has been a huge plus
SecureFrame is a "Must Have" for Managing a Certification Process
What do you like best about the product?
SecureFrame provides a large number of ways to connect to third party providers we use, such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and many more. This allows SecureFrame to automatically examine and report on many of the required elements necessary for certification. It will then alert you when something is failing and/or needs attention, which is great. That makes much of the process reactive vs. having to proactively check on everything to make sure all is well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I really dislike about SecureFrame. Any issues we've had in the past have either been solved by our account manager or by the development team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We initially started with another service provider to help us manage our SOC 2 Type II certification process. However, we found it had a LOT to be desired after we began using it. We then switched to SecureFrame and the difference was like night and day. SecureFrame had us so much further along in the first day than the few months I was using the old service provider. SecureFrame has made it incredibly easy to become aware of and manage those elements that are not meeting our own controls. Furthermore, SecureFrame often provides steps on HOW to resolve failing elements, especially when they are technology-related.
Excellent platform your security needs - we've used them for over 4 years with no hesitation
What do you like best about the product?
We have used SecureFrame weekly for over 4 years and we love the platform. It does a great job of making things straight forward. From as simple and easy as being setup for the controls we want to be reviewing and having less technical people understand the verbiage, all the way to as technical as helping with scripts and exact what the issue is deep in SQL just off of the test results. Every major, and many smaller, integration is preloaded and you just log in as normal. Implementing auditors was a breeze as well so it makes our jobs and their jobs very simple. We did have an issue at one point of adding new auditors, but the customer support team helped us out super quick and we were back on track very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall it is a great platform, if I had to pick anything it would be some of the way the documentation updates for users to sign in designed in the UX, along with an easier way to update the "Send Invite" template, but those are both small and there are ways to do them so it's a nonissue really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem SecureFrame is solving for us is getting our ducks in a row for our SOCII and ISO audits. We brought SecureFrame on to begin these and then kept their services after, one for when we need to reaudit we'll already be somewhat up to speed, but also because it is good to have a general idea of your security scores beyond just what a regular dashboard may tell you.
