Secureframe helped us get soc 2 verified and covered our security compliance. this provided us with everything we need to do so to go live with our soc 2 compliance.

The platform was very easy to use and great for tracking our progress. Our dedicated support team was very responsive to questions and made a point to check in to keep us on track.

Navigation in the system could be slightly improved.

Great system for Soc2 compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Our employees found the program very easy to use. It was a seamless process to get our staff to read and acknowledge policies and become soc2 compliant. We would recommend this to others looking for sofrware.

We did not run into any major issues using Secureframe. We had a positive experience.

We used Secureframe for security compliance as well as for our soc2 audit. The program was easy to use and helped us achieve all of our goals.

What do you like best about the product?
My first impression was that a comprehensive application, SecureFrame has helped me understand what needs to be done to be PCI DSS compliant. All of these actions are displayed on a dashboard where I can see what needs to be done and track progress. It also provides wizards and tools to help configure/optimize security and logging settings on AWS and Azure. All of this helps me quickly achieve my compliance goals. It will also give me a score to show our coverage in other certifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is nothing I don't like. Achieving compliance can be a daunting and confusing task at first. Secureframe makes it more accessible and you save a lot of time.

I can describe this platform as the most useful, and it is a fantastic platform and easy to work with; if you want to improve your business, try Secureframe, and you will be surprised!!. I suggest you start with the scheduled demo.

There is no disliked item, but it can have better financial services and develop the industry items.

Our main problem was that to keep our security data in our office with some virtual assistants, Secuureframe helps and guided us to improve our security and work safely without any worries.

What do you like best about the product?
Software pricing can be complicated and confusing, but knowing if you’re getting business value for your price is not. The SecureFrame captures users’ satisfaction with their software, given the costs. They know their job, working closely with you to ensure you are ready and prepared to succeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn’t find a reason not to like it, but I have to say that waiting was the hardest part. But I also know that getting a job done right takes time.

I love the fact that Secureframe makes it easy to Automate compliances, simplify the security process with a broad goal of making the security architecture secure and meet global standards.

The UI/UX can be improved upon, but this doesn't in any way limit the excellent service you can get using Secureframe
