What do you like best about the product?
I love the questionnaire automation features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I don't like. It works well so far. No complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's soving the problem of completing security assessments and routing them around the company.

Amazing product, customer experience, and customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The team were extremely flexbile and willing to accomodate our needs. The onboarding process was seamless and they made the complicance process super easy to understand and implement. In addition, their pricing was more competitive than any of the alternatives out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really find anything bad to say about them. The process of HIPAA compliance can be arduous and Secureframe made it as easy as possibe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Secureframe for our HIPAA compliance.

No real issues as far as we could tell. Needs at the time were generally met.

Hippa compliance as we had to sign BAA's with our customers.
Easy Prep; Confidence for your Audit
What do you like best about the product?
Their knowledge base of their ISO and SOC individuals is invaluable. I had 100% confidence in their answers and experience. Their interface makes it easy to show auditors evidence quickly. Customer support is friendly and easy to talk to. Very welcoming. Auditors can also gain access to the company's PrecisePK instance. Good for maintaining our Information System as well. Integrations with our other vendors is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features can improve user experience-wise. Although modern and UI friendly, some things like the risk register can be improved upon. Some features clunky and disorganized but could get used to them with time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were unsure what policies to implement. Our original processes were confusing and we were not confident while doing our own research. Secureframe gave us the confidence to pass the audit and everything is centralized in one place, which is super helpful during audit walkthroughs.
Team is very responsive and thorough with their guidance!
What do you like best about the product?
The communication with the team via Slack. They were very responsive and patient with our questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Secureframe had a lot of bugs and stalled our progress occasionally. A lot has improved recently though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are building a more robust system within our company, including enforcement of policies and stronger security networks.
It's all about the great people
What do you like best about the product?
More than even the wonderful product and service Secureframe offers, my interactions with the team have really set them apart. During the sales process Andrew was a great guide who really helped me understand what I would need. I didn't feel pressued or sold to, in fact he helped me find a much more cost effective way to achieve my goals. My account manager Bruce has also been great to work with and always empathetic to our particular challenges and needs. Great people make all the difference!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing bad to report, the team has been helpful to resolve all challenges.

We needed to build out a security center to help our customers build confidence that our software and processes are secure and compliant.
Great for keeping your compliance organized and on-track
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe makes it easy for us to manage compliance and documentation all in one place. It's significantly streamlined our SOC2 review process, and our auditor is clearly happy when they realize we're using Secureframe, as it also makes the process easier for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't experienced any significant downsides, and software seems to be readily improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to maintain SOC2 compliance, and Secureframe makes this straightfoward.
Solid platform foundation; new features roll out regularly
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe integrates with all of my cloud providers and makes it easy to build evidence for my auditors. Since my auditors are also fluent in Secureframe, it saves me an incredible amount of time building narratives and evidence. My account manager has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The non-cloud integrations are still weak. It doesn't integrate with common training tools, Jira and GitHub support are minimal, and there's a plethora of tools I have to audit that just don't integrate yet.

Secureframe makes completing a SOC2 Type 2 audit a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
Software was easy to use, staff was excellent to work with, prompt responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything negative to say, I had a great experience with staff and software.

SOC II Audit Preparation with Secureframe.
What do you like best about the product?
The portal is fantastic, but their support staff and coaches are simply the best we've ever dealt with.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have encountered zero issues or challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking a company with a brand new infrastructure that has never been through a SOC II Audit from 0 to 100 in a compressed timeframe. They have been helping every step of the way.
