Audit Preperation Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe has been invaluable in helping me stay organized and prepared for ISO 27001 audits. The platform offers a lot of integrations to identify and address gaps in our auditing setup. It also provides security training that aligns directly with our audit requirements, making everything straightforward and easy to use. Whenever I’ve had an issue and needed to contact customer support, they have always responded quickly and worked with me to resolve it. Implementing the program into our workflow has been seamless. We can upload all required evidence and work on it as needed, without wasting time searching for documents. Its direct integration with auditing partners also makes the audit process remarkably smooth, and we’ve never had any problems with auditors locating the evidence they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly do not have anything I dislike about the platform, everything works well, and it helps us a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe provided both excellent industry expertise and thought partnership when we had to race to get our SOCII under a tight deadline. We actually left another, smaller provider - that company's software was horrible, their experts were outdated, and their support was minimal. Secureframe stepped in and saved the day. We bought up for their consulting expertise in year one, and our SME partner was wonderful. He even came to our office for a workshop for two days (that was just a stroke of luck, given he lived near - still showed commitment). They were patient and supportive and thorough with all our questions, and having no CISO on staff we had a lot. They helped us navigate having a solid compliance posture as a very small (~20) person startup, got us through compliance, and even helped find an auditor.
As far as the software: It does what I need it to do, helps track everything, was easy to set up and integrate to our stack where we could. It's thorough and provides the tools and guidance we need to track compliance in a comprehensive and modern way.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasionally clunky flows. Setting up the Secureframe Agent MDM software is always sticky, but you only have to do it once.. Offboarding someone takes a few more steps than it should, and sometimes the evidence guidance isn't as clear as it could be. But those are nitpicks compared to overall value.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the expertise of the Secureframe team, which greatly assists in security certification processes. The seamless integrations with third-party platforms like AWS streamline our operations significantly. The platform's straightforward setup and intuitive design made our transition very smooth. The service's efficient management of policies and procedures, along with ongoing audit support, is invaluable for maintaining compliance. Additionally, the dashboard provides real-time insights into our security compliance, alerting us to any discrepancies immediately. The cost-effectiveness of Secureframe versus our previous in-house process is exceptional, offering great value and making it a worthy investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the addition of a HIPAA compliance package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate Secureframe's predefined frameworks, integrations, and easy setup. It simplifies maintaining HITRUST and SOC 2 certifications, provides valuable audit insights, enhances policy compliance, and offers cost-effective solutions.
No brainer recommendation and 10/10 service
What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to know where to start. From the very first engagement nearly five years ago to today, Secureframe has been exceptional in helping us with our SOC 2 compliance process and ongoing renewals. Without Secureframe, managing this would be an overwhelming task, relying on file explorers and spreadsheets for auditors. Having their platform has been essential for maintaining compliance and gives us peace of mind throughout the entire process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have no major complaints. Secureframe has consistently met my expectations and I’m always impressed with the ongoing improvements I see whenever I log in. If I had to pick a ‘dislike,’ it would be a selfish one: they haven't provided me with the winning lottery numbers yet. But I suppose that's on me to figure out!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe has been instrumental in streamlining our SOC 2 compliance process. It simplifies what would otherwise be a complex and time-consuming task, removing the guesswork from documentation, evidence collection, and audit preparation. By centralizing everything in one platform, we save time, reduce human error, and ensure we stay on top of our compliance requirements. This not only benefits our overall operational efficiency but also ensures that we remain compliant year-round without the constant worry of scrambling for documents during audit season.

What do you like best about the product?
Streamlining the compliance process for SOC 1 & 2 for a global remote team, and policy acknowledgement, and setting annual reminders company-wide.

Finding all the tasks assigned to you. They are in different sections, lacking a central place to search for everything in one location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe has helped us streamline and get organized for SOC 1 & 2 compliance. By meeting these standards, we demonstrate to our customers that we are serious about protecting their data and are a trusted partner.
Great product to help monitor compliance and security with a small team
What do you like best about the product?
It shows us any issues we have in our infrastructure that we can tackle to improve security and stay on top of our compliance. Since we have a small team, a centralized platform like SecureFrame is the only way we could keep on top of these requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the toughest thing with secure frame is getting all our employees to download and install unsigned installers.

Security compliance and auditing of our cloud infrastructure. We are a small DevOps team which is also responsible for security within our infrastructure. Without a tool like this, it would be difficult to ensure we are following compliance and keeping our infrastructure as secure as possible

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe makes it easy to centralize and track all of our SOC 2 compliance requirements. The automated evidence collection from integrated systems saves a significant amount of time compared to manual processes. Their dashboard provides clear visibility into our progress and pending tasks, which helps keep the team on track. Customer support is responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in following up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few small areas that could be even smoother. Initial setup takes a little time while integrations are connected, and some custom evidence types still require manual handling. Occasionally, synced data from third-party tools takes a bit to update, but it hasn’t caused any real issues. Overall, none of these have been significant enough to impact our workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe removes the manual overhead of tracking compliance tasks, collecting evidence, and preparing for audits. By automating integrations with our cloud services, HR systems, endpoint monitoring tools, and other security platforms, it ensures that controls are continuously monitored without constant follow-up from the team. This has reduced our audit preparation time from weeks to days, minimized the risk of missing key evidence, and given us a clear real-time view of compliance health. The result is faster audit readiness, fewer last-minute scrambles, and more time to focus on strategic security improvements.
SecureFrame made compliance awesome
What do you like best about the product?
Our previous auditors had no automation, so for several years I'd spend a week or two every October assembling screenshots and organizing everything. When we switched to SF, we decided to just do things Their Way (TM) and not try to swim upstream at all. After changing around some stuff to pass tests, the audit was trivial and took no time. Now we just check the SF emails to see if there's anything that slipped through in the last week and audits cause no anxiety.
What do you dislike about the product?
The last time I checked (it's been more than a year), the API for automating evidence submission was clunky. Most tests are implemented on the SF side so it's not much of an issue, but the few things that can't be (there are maybe 10 for SOC2 Type II) you still have to upload stuff yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SF reduces the manual work for compliance audits by 90%. They pair you up with an auditor that knows how to use their product, and then the auditor will have a few extra questions but almost everything in the final report is just done without any effort.

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe provides a centralized platform for us to manage new employee onboarding for security compliance, along with completing annual compliance checks and management of our security compliance across in-office and remote employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX can be a bit difficult to navigate as we work with multiple internal stakeholders and consultants. Assigning and uploading/completing security tasks seems more of a checklist function than an actual review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have both in-office and remote employees, and Secureframe manages our new employee onboarding tasks for security compliance. Secureframe also manages all independent security checks/audits that we must complete on an annual basis, and allows us to quickly assign and follow-up across multiple stakeholders and/or facilitators.
