Wouldn't have obtained ISO27001 without it!
What do you like best about the product?
It automated so many things that just seemed to make the audit run more smoothly in the background, letting me focus on the bigger ticket queries. Customer support were so keen to help and stay close - definitely feels like they want to build a long term relationship
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations on usage in the trust centre mean I can't get full value from it without paying extra.

What do you like best about the product?
A great tool to speed up the certification process. We use it for SOC2 and ISO, which is another great benefit - it is certification agnostic and therefore it can be easily adopted to any kind of framework.
As with most certification its used on an anual basis to grant access to the auditor. Its great to get recommendations for external auditors by Secureframe, so they help to find the best suitable auditor, that is already familiar with the tool.
The integrations into our toolset is perfect. With this we have almost 80% of the tests full automated.
CSM and Support are helpful and fast.
Overall a great tool, which we recommend to everyone that needs to deal with more than one certification framework.

What do you dislike about the product?
For some integrations SecureFrame requires to set certain options in one prefered way. In AWS or Azure /M365 there are usually more ways to achive a certain goal. E.G. set firewall active on endpoints. If this is not the same way as Secureframe expects it to be set, the test fails which ends up in uncompliance. This is cumbersome and not always great, cause it creates manual work to set a certain usually automated test to "pass".

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are the foremost using it for our audit management across multiple frameworks.
But it also helds our complete 3rd party risk management which is super helpful, as its needed across many different certifications.

HIPAA Compliance Made Simple with Secureframe
What do you like best about the product?
If we create an S3 bucket without setting the security policies, Secureframe provides the steps needed to pass the test. Once we make the changes, the test passes, allowing us to validate the correctness of the updates. They also validate all security rules and create tickets in Secureframe according to HIPAA compliance requirements, helping us maintain a trustworthy and secure application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t faced any issues so far, so I have no concerns at the moment.

Secureframe helps us streamline and maintain compliance with standards like HIPAA, GDPR, and SOC 2. It automates security checks, provides clear steps to fix any issues, and validates changes to ensure they meet compliance requirements. It also offers training for new team members, ensuring they understand compliance standards from day one. This saves us time, reduces manual effort, and helps us maintain a trustworthy and secure application.
Streamlined compliance and security monitoring for our AWS environment
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe makes it very easy to identify and address configuration issues in our AWS accounts. I like how it automatically runs security checks, flags potential misconfigurations, and gives clear guidance for remediation. The integrations with Jira and GitHub are a big plus—issues flow directly into our existing workflows, so we can track and resolve them without switching tools. The dashboard is clean and gives a good compliance overview at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the alerts can feel a bit noisy, with lower-priority issues mixed in alongside critical ones. This means we occasionally spend extra time sorting through findings to prioritize what truly needs immediate attention. I’d also like to see deeper integration options for some third-party security tools.

Secureframe helps us maintain continuous compliance and security in our AWS environment by automatically detecting configuration errors and potential risks. It consolidates security checks into one place and integrates with Jira and GitHub, so any issues are turned into actionable tickets in our existing workflows. This saves us time, reduces manual audits, and ensures we stay ahead of compliance requirements without slowing down development.
Amazing service, slightly buggy platform
What do you like best about the product?
I was expecting mostly a tech platform, but really got a full consultation on getting ready / passing a SOC2 audit. We reached out multiple times a week and Jon G. promptly responded with not just technical help, but full on best practices and detailed explanation of all the requirements, as well as reviewing our submissions before going to a full auditor.

The platform regularly had issues where their IT team had to tweak something to resolve it

We needed to rapidly renew our SOC 2 certification, and the "old way" working with a large audit firm was much slower and more expensive.

Their support team is responsive and knowledgeable, making it easy to stay ahead of regulatory requirements. It’s saved us significant time and reduced stress during audits.

Fast-Tracked Our Compliance journey- A Game Changer for Retail Techh
What do you like best about the product?
As a retail business with multiple cloud integration, especially. with AWS and Azure, keeping track of our security and having clear visibility was always tough. Thanks to secureframe's automated monitoring of over 40 services, we saved countless hours that would have gone into manual tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels mostly customized for compliance managers, so technical users might want a bit more control over what they see. That said, the support team was great--always quick to help and walk us through any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications to grow our presence in enterprise retail partnerships. Before using secureframe, we were stuck managing spreadsheets, doing manual audits, and dealing with scattered documentation--which slowed down our sales process and took up a lot of engineering time.
Great product, significantly eased our SOC-2 compliance effort
What do you like best about the product?
The AI integration is really nice, when we had a failing test, AI generated step by step instructions for remediation including Terraform / Google Cloud CLI scripts. Integration to Jira, 1Pass, Github, AWS and Google Cloud. I also really like the dashboard feature, it felt good as we addressed each section and moved towards audit readiness. Customer success and support was great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales team's pitch of 10-20 hours time investment is of course nowhere near any real world security compliance effort. Setting up the tooling with various integrations and configurations took 40 hours, but compared to my last effort, still a huge time saver. I do think there is an opportunity for an AI assistant to make onboarding easier by asking the user some questions and then generating the configurations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SecureFrame is really Jira for security audits, but instead of a complete passive project tracking, the best features are integration to your cloud resources and monitoring your active compliance status.

What do you like best about the product?
Their customer success team helped us deploy without GRC experts everything just clicked. Compliance task are automated, dashboards are clear, and reminders actually works, not spam.
What do you dislike about the product?
Policy documents sometimes needed edits to pass our legal team's internal review. It was manageable, but worth nothing.

We needed mature security posture, but weren't in a person to hire extra headcount. Secureframe gave us structure, audit readiness, and peace of mind all without expanding the team.

Their customer success team is proactive, responsive, and knowledgeable they’ve consistently guided us through requirements and best practices with minimal friction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations can be finicky to set up initially, especially with less common tools in our stack. While the platform is robust, occasional updates can temporarily disrupt workflow if not communicated in advance. More in-depth reporting and customization options for controls would make it even more powerful for larger or more complex organizations.

Secureframe has streamlined the entire compliance process, from readiness to audit, by automating evidence collection, continuous monitoring, and control tracking foe Clutch. This has significantly reduced the manual overhead for our security and engineering teams, shortened our audit timelines, and improved our ability to stay compliant year-round. The central dashboard gives us complete visibility into progress and gaps, allowing us to address issues proactively rather than reactively.
