SOC2 Simplified
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, great integrations, helpful support, and actually reduces the time I spend worrying about compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations can be a little fiddly to set up,but the support team is quick to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps maintain real-time compliance across multiple frameworks with less overhead. SOC2 Mainly for us, It's made audit season far less stressful!
Everything in One Compliance Hub
What do you like best about the product?
Consolidating SOC 2, ISO, and HIOAA efforts in one tool was awesome. one control, multiple frameworks no duplicated work. The alerts and documentation snapshots are hugely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, overlapping controls maps a bit off. We've learned to double check the seams but that's a small effort for the benefit we get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were juggling audits, audits, audits across teams. Secureframe unified our compliance path, significantly reduced effort duplication, and kept leadership confident across frameworks.

What do you like best about the product?
What stood out to me was how Secureframe stripped away the noise and gave us clarity. Compliance used to feel like an endless checklist with no finish line, but their platform turned in into a process we could actually own. The Al-driven monitoring gave us real-time awareness, so we weren't left reacting to problems after the fact it's not just a dashboard--it feels like having a dedicated security brain working alongside our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there's one thing I'd like to see, it's even more tailored guidance for highly complex enterprise infrastructures like ours. The foundation is already strong, but more industry-specific playbooks would take it to another level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with clients across multiple continents, each with their own compliance frameworks. In the past, maintaining alignment with these global standards drained resources and attention from our core business. What do you like best about the product?
As a mid-sized FinTech company, managing SOC 2 compliance used to be a resource-intensive and stressful process. Secureframe has completely transformed that experience for us. What was once manual and fragmented is now automated, centralized, and easy to manage.

Only way to tackle a SOC2 Type 2
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe helped us figure out what we needed, walked us through the steps, and provided templates for certain activities. Staff were quick to answer questions and figure out how to provide correct responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a few issues with the integration with the auditors, but SecureFrame was quick to assist in figuring out the disconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a SOC2 Type2 for a product that we sell. SecureFrame made sure that we had all of our ducks in a row in order to complete the audit. We would have never made it through the first year without the framework.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking vendors used to be a spreadsheet nightmare. Secureframe gave us reminders, risk dashboards, and automated follow-ups. We could see instantly which vendors needed attention, centralized evidence too.

We spent time customizing vendor scoring logic to reflect our own risk model—worth it, but required planning.

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe has transformed how we manage SOC 2,and HIPAA compliance. Evidence collection — once manual and time-consuming — is now automated thanks to integrations with AWS,Jira, GitHub, Checkr, Twilio, Gusto, etc ... The dashboard is intuitive, breaking down complex controls into manageable tasks. Support is outstanding: fast, knowledgeable, and truly helpful during onboarding and troubleshooting. Recently they introduced AI analysis of evidence thats really awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. some integrations are not real time yet, like AWS some updates at AWS side takes time to sync at secureframe side.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Secureframe, compliance was a stressful, last-minute scramble — usually right before an audit. Now, it’s a proactive and continuous process. The visibility it gives into our compliance posture is invaluable, both internally and when communicating with stakeholders. From an IT perspective, it simplifies vendor reviews, improves transparency, and makes it easy to respond to security questionnaires. Secureframe has turned compliance from a burden into a well-integrated part of our operational workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
As a company that takes security and compliance seriously, we were looking for more them just a checkbox tool we needed something that could actually help us make sense of the complex, ever changing compliance landscape. Secureframe delivered. What stood out wasn't just the platform, but the way it's been built around real user needs. It actually helps our team understood what's required and why. The AI features aren't just there for show--they help reduce time spent on repetitive checks. and that means we focus more on the actual risks.
What do you dislike about the product?
If i had to name something, i'd say the initial onboarding could be a bit more tailored for larger security focused companies like ours, Some parts felt a little startup-centric. That said, their support team was responsive, and we were up and running faster than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to spend weeks preparing for audits and chasing documentation. Now, Secureframe handles much of that legwork. It's helped us tighten our internal processes and get ahead of compliance needs instead of reacting to them. That peace of mind isn't easy to put a price on.
