A great security tool with so many uses.
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is super easy to use and very intuitive, it has a great number of useful features, the integrations are very fast and effective, and we have always felt supported by their great customer support team. Secureframe makes staying compliant much more straightforward and it makes compliance tasks easier to delegate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the automated vendor reviews were part of the basic version. Also I wish you could batch apply settings to multiple selected tickets. And the saving each individual setting in each ticket can be tedious - I wish there was a "Save and Close" Function for all settings in each ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe helps us keep security checks and policies all in a centralized location, prepare for audits, and delegate tasks between team members.
Efficient SOC 2 Audits with Intuitive Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the dedicated account team that made setting up Secureframe fairly straightforward, even though connecting everything took some time. I love the automated evidence gathering feature and the simple checklist area, which make our SOC 2 audits quick and efficient. The integration capabilities with our existing tools, like AWS, have been incredibly useful, streamlining our processes without requiring additional software. Overall, I've had a positive experience with Secureframe, and it's my default choice for SOC audits.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the price of Secureframe to be expensive for software. Although it's not terrible, it is still on the higher side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Secureframe streamlines SOC 2 audit processes, simplifying evidence gathering so efficiently that one person can manage most tasks, reducing team involvement.
First Time Startup
What do you like best about the product?
I heard about Secureframe through a friend running a different startup, and his positive experiences were a big reason I chose Secureframe for our SOC 2 compliance journey. The team demonstrated a range of expertise and was able to answer a wide variety of questions I had throughout the process. Secureframe connected seamlessly to our Azure environment, which made the initial setup both quick and efficient. Their support and knowledge have made the entire compliance experience straightforward. I would highly recommend Secureframe to any company looking to obtain their SOC 2 certification.
What do you dislike about the product?
Secureframe organizes the compliance journey into manageable tasks, each designed to guide you through research and completion. While the support team is excellent, I found that some tasks lacked sufficient detail or examples, which occasionally required reaching out for clarification. A more comprehensive approach to task instructions would enhance the experience, allowing for greater independence and efficiency in the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a first time CTO, I did a lot of research on SOC2 complience. Their step by step approach helped me organize the required documentation needed for the eventual audit.

Secureframe has helped us track and log our steps through the ISMS program.

Nothing really. I feel like Secureframe has been good to us.

Easy to use Compliance Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I find that the system layout is straight forward. I used another system in the past and found the layout of SecureFrame to be easier to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not integrate with as many outside vendors as I would like or as deeply with some of the ones that are there. But the easy to use platforms make manual uploads easy to produce with the guided walkthroughs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We achieved a favorable SOC 2 Type II report using the Secureframe Platform. The majority of the organization had zero understanding of what the tests entailed or where to begin. The Secureframe Platform broke down the tests and tasks that needed to be completed for compliance into manageable and understandable components.

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe has been instrumental for our business to achieve our annual SOC2 compliance. Working directly with our Chief Compliance Officer I have seen how Secureframe can shorten our time to get ready for our SOC2 audit, coordinate tasks across the company especially if it's 100+ employees or more that you need to get to complete tasks and keep track of what is missing. It's very easy to use from setting up templates for different policies, to tracking progress, to running annual security trainings and renewing SOC2 or GDPR compliance audits and checks. I highly recommend it to any business but especially businesses that are in a space where regulations or data security are especially important. Secureframe helps streamline the compliance process so that we can focus on running our core business.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times reminders are not clear to employees and we had to follow up repeatedly but that is something we can manage. Otherwise not much to add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe streamlines our SOC2 audit, GDPR compliance and going forward via the Trust Center our vendor risk assessments.

What do you like best about the product?
I think it's easy to use with a clean User Interface. I really like the customer support and the automation features such as integrating with AWS.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if it provided more help for terraform and had more instuctions for everything.

What do you like best about the product?
Having Secureframe installed in our AWS environment and reviewing our configurations was a game changer. It really helped us get to a much more secure posture. We now feel that we are in a much better place after doing our SOC readiness and eventual audit. It was such an easy way to find issues and gives you the steps to remedy them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Secureframe is going to find things that are problematic in our configuration. Unfortunately, this means more work for the DevOps group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As small start up with only 2 people, securframe gave us the ability to get SOC ready and compliant in relatively short amount of time. We feel that it is helping us stay on top of issues in our environment and preparing us for future audits.
