SOC 2 Readiness Simplified
What do you like best about the product?
Simplifies SOC 2 readiness project management, while making training tasks and tracking of tasks easy. Also automates notifications for tasks to complete to the right party. Don't have a frame of reference with other tools, but I don't see where the tool could be improved.
Customer support has also been helpful in the odd case I needed help with something.

What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the email notifications being a bit too persistent, but I also appreciate that there are advantages to why the tool is designed for them.

What do you like best about the product?
Pretty straightforward and useful tool to implement and use. Good customer support. Easy to integrate with other tools we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connectors would stop working randomly so we have to reconnect the integrators again. SecureFrame needs to implement MFA options to login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC2 compliance. Comprehensive tool to aid us in the process.
Great user experience
What do you like best about the product?
The customer success team has been really responsive, which holds huge value.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the policies aren't templated in a format that is helpful to our team. We need a full ISMS policy but the templates in Secureframe are many different ISMS components broken up into multiple templates. Wish the full policy was an option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We purchased Secureframe at the recommendation of our ISO auditors. The templates within the platform are a huge help, as are the integrations. It makes it so we don't feel like we have to pull everything from scratch, as it is our first time going through this process.
Great UI & Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Everything has been thought of for you with an easy interface. All the requirements for a successful certification process are provided with all the support from sales to after-sales service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't see a dedicated customer success specialist. A hotline for oversea customers would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have started the certification process to meet the expectations of our customers at a large level in foreign markets.
Easy to deal with company and a powerful and simple to use platform.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the visibility to where we are in the process and who has outstanding tasks. The quick onboarding with existing software integration is outstanding.

I would like a warning before being logged out. I have lost work.

What do you like best about the product?
secureframe helps in many ways it help us to find the security issues and more then that it gives the detailed solution on that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm using secureframe for more than 6 months no major dislikes about the product.

Its using in the administration level policies and from high to low level security compliences.

I've been using Secureframe for the last 4-5 months, and it has truly exceeded my expectations. What I like best about Secureframe are its standout features like great integration with AWS.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my time using Secureframe, I've found it to be an exceptional security solution overall. The platform's robust features and proactive support have greatly contributed to our cybersecurity strategy.
However, if I were to pinpoint an area for improvement, it would be the internal policies section. Navigating through certain aspects of internal policies proved to be a bit challenging initially. The complexity might pose a slight learning curve for users

Gets the job done.
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process is quite easy - there are multiple checklists to get through with clear instructions. The AI-assisted features are great, too - it's much easier to create controls and documentation with their preset templates. Also, the Trust Center is well-designed so it's actually useful as a marketing tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a small detail, but there is often a delay between documenting a control and it showing up as passed. e.g. You upload a list of assets, which completes a test, but it takes a few hours for the test to show up as passed. It's not a big deal once you know about it.
