SecureFrame has been a fantastic company to work with and I highly recommend them.
What do you like best about the product?
The support at SecureFrame is the best part. Integration was super straight-forward. The software is good, but the staff are experts and avilable to when you need them. We use the software every week and rely on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is still a work in progress. While fairly easy to you will run into things that you think should be there. For instance, you can't allways filter or sort by what you want to. Over all, we've been able to work with the limitations and look forward to the updated improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure frame takes many the tedious or time-consuming parts of becoming SOC 2 compliant and makes them easy, or at least easier.
Example: Company policies. SecureFrame provides good template policies. They store them, and tracks changes. They initiate when employees are to review policies, and record when they do. They alert me when it's missed. Nice.

Fast, direct, and supportive compliance assistant
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe makes each employees tasks and deliverables clear. Its easy for each person to understand what needs to be done next, and what the overall status of progress for the company looks like.
What do you dislike about the product?
The vendor portal could be a little more automated. They have a lot of information pre-populated, but still a good amount of work required to input every partner we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe helped us achieve SOC 2 compliance which helps to position our company as a leader. As a cmall startup, everyone has their hands full and theres usually quite a bit of running around to clear up who needs to do what on projects like this. Secureframe gives that direction a bit more clarity to make it less painful for the team involved.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it shows you a detailed way to pass each of the tests for compliance. The customer support was great and they made it very easy to integrate with most of our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Took a while to implement, but once we did it was great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us pass our SOC2 Type 2 Compliance. It makes it very staight forward and gives us a framework and tests to ensure we will stay compliant.
Simplifying the process for compliance
What do you like best about the product?
It takes something difficult and takes a lot of work to do and simplifies it into actions. Before Secureframe, the task of hitting compliance felt like a huge endeavor. Integrations into a lot of vendors were a huge part of the simplification.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily a drawback, but the next steps would be an even easier way to proceed when something is flagged or found to be that needs to be done. This would make developers have to spend less time inside of Secureframe itself trying to clear out items and more time developing products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring our ability to stay compliant without having to waste a lot of times in each tooling to determine if changes we're making are keeping us compliant or not.

The integrations although need more middle tier integration to other tools, Support is expedite and the ease of use.

Good platform to track policies
What do you like best about the product?
Really helpful when it comes to uploading new policies and distributing them between employees for them to read and accept. We use it for all our policies all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes some time to get to kow how it actually works, also need to launch new policy when you have new version, instead of just renewing version of the policy.

Distributing new and updated policies for employees to read through and approve

Secureframe is helping us get ready for a SOC2 audit by automatically detecting every test we will need to pass that is relevant to our infrastructure setup.
It integrates seamlessly with AWS and highlights any non-compliant infrastructure changes that need to be made.
Whenever there is an alternative route to compliance (specifically with AWS for us), Secureframe's customer service is always quick and helpful to clarify to us the requirements of being compliant.
It is easy to add company policies (important requirement for SOC2) and invite employees to accept said policies.
Secureframe has become part of our daily workflow thanks to its ease of use and implementation!

What do you dislike about the product?
If I had one complaint it would be the lack of alternate passing criteria for certain AWS tests. In a few cases for us, there are different ways to approach AWS compliance problems that save a lot of headaches. Having said that, we simply reach out to customer support where they manually confirm to us if our alternate solution is compliant or not, and you can manually override each test on a case-by-case basis with justification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is on the route to being fully SOC2 compliant and Secureframe streamlines this process for us.
Using SecureFrame made it incredibly straight forward to get SOC2, CCPA, and GDPR compliance.
What do you like best about the product?
Ive been using Secureframe for SOC2 compliance for a couple of years and it's made the process very easy and stress free.
I feel like I always have a compliance officer on hand to answer questions and their customer support has been incredibly helpful and fast.

What do you like best about the product?
My company had no previous experience with security compliance and Secureframe made it incredibly easy to get our company compliant. Their integrations, check lists and employee onboarding made it a breeze and their live chat customer service held our hands through the whole process.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't come across any downsides yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to be HIPPA and SOC 2 compliant, so that our customers feel 100% safe using our product. By using Secureforce to quickly and easily become compliant, our company is now more secure and we are able to sign up more customers. It puts their minds more at ease.
