Arena Quality System Supporter
What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive, user friendly and allows for fast processing of document reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching for certain documents requires the exact numbering to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows my company to store our documentation in a secure location. It provides a good platform for reviewing documentation and ensuring we uphold our ISO 13485 requirement.

What do you like best about the product?
It does everything, and I feel confident that no stone has gone untouched.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does everything, and i sometimes have to sift through tons and ton sof stuff I do not need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"Solving" isn't the right word for us, but "benefitting" is. Arena benefits us by keeping track of all our documents and makes processing changes easier.

What do you like best about the product?
We currently use Arena for PLM and are very happy with it. Generally good user interface, good out-of-the-box workflows for product data management, and very good customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some user settings on the admin side aren't completely intuitive, but in general we have very few complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single source of truth: It is highly useful to have our product data in one place with an established workflow. This has made documentation managementn and release to procurement much smoother than it was previously.

I like how it's on the cloud and easy to work with our CMs overseas for BOM management and change activities

I dislike how there is no mobile application for this when we're on the move or out of the office

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, my experience with Arena has been very positive. I like the scalability, ease of use, and integration potential the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performing administrative corrections (e.g. typographical errors) on approved documents requires an Administrative Change Order.

I like the interconnection of all aspects of quality management in one system and the interaction with one another.

We use Change Control, Projects, Quality world for Audits, CAPAs, NCRs, Complaints, Investigations, DHF, Management Review, Technical Files and keep track of Suppliers, SAR, SCAR etc. We use Arena for as much as possible and have leveraged their tools to digitize many paper processes. During audits, the Arena system presents very nicely.

Arena - An Outstanding PLM/QMS Solution for Medical Device Manufacturers
What do you like best about the product?
The application is releatively easy to use once the learning curve, which is not steep, has been climbed. The interface is both thoughtful and efficient. The search function is very powwerful. Arena is used on a daily basis by our Users. Customer Support is immediate, and our designated Arena Solutions Architect is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lack of dynamic integration between Quality Processes; e.g., one cannot see a list of CAPAs created in Arena from the CAPA Quality Process, from within another Quality Porocess, Complaints for example.

Very happy with ARENA PLM
What do you like best about the product?
ARENA PLM has some nice features that are easy to use for us. We use ARENA PLM daily to manage our BOM Structure, communicate change requests for review by other teams. The customer support from ARENA PLM has been very good, they are able to help/provide feedback usually same day with our success coach. The history of changes can be viewed and researched / published as necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike the structure of ARENA PLM makes sense, the history of changes are all attached

Traceability and history of product changes, and document changes
Great Product for Manufacturers
What do you like best about the product?
Arena PLM & QMS make it easy for cross-functional teams to collaborate in real-time. Given that manufacturing processes often involve multiple departments—from engineering to quality assurance—having a centralized platform streamlines communication and ensures everyone is on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing and subscription fees can be on the higher end, especially for smaller operations or companies just starting to invest in PLM and QMS systems. Budgeting for this can be a concern, as the ROI may not be immediate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Arena PLM & QMS consolidates all product-related data into a single repository, making it easier to manage and track changes. This aligns well with data-driven decision-making, as it streamlines the collection and analysis of vital manufacturing data.
Powerful but pretty easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Good Query tools. Nice abilities to bookmark things for ease of finding again, and to link Items which are related (but not on BOMs of each other).
What do you dislike about the product?
Some fields are not customizable and/or are not relevant for our use.

Facilitating product development and transition to manufacturing by not requiring extra work.
