Great BOM Management That Keeps Things Organized
What do you like best about the product?
Arena is good in BOM management. It helps in identifying all bottom line parts for any assembly at any level
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not able to search for multiple items at once, and I also can’t add multiple items to requests and changes in a single action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BOM management is easy. Detailed BOM helps in getting the bottom line parts for each assembly

Managing items and large assemblies is easy.
Clear, Easy Status Tracking and Stakeholder Feedback
What do you like best about the product?
The centralized management of project requests, change orders, and item records across structured fields makes tracking very efficient. Having approvals and phase-gate reviews accessible from a single platform significantly improves visibility and control. It’s easy to monitor project progress at any time, which is especially helpful from a compliance and audit standpoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is limited functionality for tracking activities from the production and implementation side. Currently, additional tools such as SAP or BAAN are required to manage ERP-related execution and manufacturing progress. Native ERP capabilities or stronger integration with existing ERP systems would greatly enhance end-to-end project tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system provides a complete history of revisions and changes, making it easy to trace decisions and updates over time. All plans, reports, and documentation are maintained per revision, ensuring strong configuration control and simplifying audits, compliance reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
Powerful Document Management, Needs Better Excel Export
What do you like best about the product?
I find Arena PLM & QMS very useful for managing parts, assemblies, drawings, and documents related to products in our organization. The sorting feature is really helpful, allowing me to filter out the documents I need to work on quickly, which saves me a lot of time. I really like the revision management capability as it helps me get the latest part drawings and understand the changes made in previous revisions. This gives me a clear picture and helps manage my RA approvals efficiently. Also, the initial setup was quick and easy, which helped me understand the software's functionality better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Excel export in Arena PLM & QMS doesn't work well. Whenever I try to export the data into Excel, some of the parameters are missing, like some numericals, alphabets, and quantity of items. Optimizing the performance for large datasets and enhancing the user experience through better formatting would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Arena PLM & QMS effective for managing parts, assemblies, and documentation. It saves me time in finding documents and enhances productivity by providing revision control, so I can track changes and access the latest drawings easily.
Secure Document Control for Team Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Provides secure document control that can be easily shared between teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is not very intuitive, takes awhile to get use to and implement when changing from previous system.

Security of documentation, oversight of product lifecycle, tracking and implementation of change controls.
Boosts Collaboration with Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like Arena PLM & QMS's user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to adapt and helps maintain document confidentiality with respect to hierarchy. The well-defined search bar is a great help, allowing me to navigate through multiple items with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
While uploading the latest files in items, the older name still sticks, and new files do not get auto-updated. I have to upload files individually in the request category. It would be helpful if it could auto-read the file name, as it does for the initial upload, for every upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Arena PLM & QMS improves document management, compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency. I use it for BOM management, product documentation, change control, revision and history control, component tracking, and facilitating cross-functional team collaboration.
Great Document Storage, But Outdated and Unfriendly UI
What do you like best about the product?
It s a good tool to store all the important documents. Has time stamps and adding the users is very easy process

The UI is very outdated. Feels like using a website from 2000s. Not at all user friendly

My organization uses it to store the supplier documents and reviews and signoffs

I use this frequently and it is easy to navigate

As Arena is easy to navigate, it also doesn't have a how to navigate the app.
