Its easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the intuitive user interface of Arena PLM & QMS, which makes navigating the system straightforward, even for new users. The ease of implementation is another strong point; the process was well-structured and allowed for a smooth transition. The platform's robust feature set covers all the essential aspects of product lifecycle management and quality management, ensuring that all our processes are well-integrated and streamlined. Additionally, the customer support team is responsive and knowledgeable, providing timely assistance whenever needed. Overall, the frequent updates and continuous improvements also show that Arena is committed to staying ahead in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area for improvement is the integration with some external tools, which can be a bit cumbersome at times. While Arena offers a broad range of features, it can feel overwhelming, especially for users who only need to access a few specific functionalities regularly. Although the customer support is helpful, there are moments when resolving complex issues takes longer than expected. Lastly, the frequency of use can be a challenge, as the extensive features require consistent engagement to fully leverage the system's capabilities, which may not always align with the team's workload.

Arena PLM & QMS addresses several critical challenges, such as the need for streamlined and efficient management of work instructions, ECOs, and deviations. By centralizing these processes, it reduces the risk of errors and miscommunication, ensuring that all team members are working with the most current information. This integration leads to better collaboration and faster decision-making. Additionally, the platform's robust BOM management capabilities allow for precise tracking of parts and materials, which significantly improves accuracy and reduces the time spent on manual updates. In general it's a very organized and integrated way to work in the organization.

The interface could be more modern and easy to use, search feature needs to be improved further.

Satisfactorily integrates information from different areas. It is intuitive and easy to use, with a very good search engine. Excellent help and support system.

Not very flexible in certain things and lack customization options.

Solves the problem of storing information and transferring it between relevant people and departments.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Implementation, the Frequency of Use is really high in my job and I have not had big issues so far, I really like the number of features and the Ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have complaints about the Arena by itself, I think the only issue we have is the integration with our ERP, but i think is more related to the way the system was integrated.

the ECO process is clear and friendly, maybe the flexibility to add new items to the evaluation is one of the improvement oportunity.

What is quite useful are the notifications on the home panel, which allows for control of pending tasks. Also, the bookmark feature is easy for stakeholders to access.

The assessment of practicality is hindered by insufficient information regarding the modules acquired by the company for system development. Consequently, providing objective feedback is challenging.

The meticulous management of the company's quality system stands as a pivotal undertaking, given its scrutiny during audits to assess our adherence to client requirements and applicable regulations.
