What is most valuable?
The automatic network diagram generation is the most valuable feature. VPCs, Transit Gateways, routing tables—everything just appears accurately.
What needs improvement?
Sometimes I would love to be able to annotate diagrams directly in the tool before exporting.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The $399 one-time payment is a no-brainer if you do this kind of work regularly. It is much better than monthly subscriptions that add up. Just remember to turn off auto-renewal in AWS Marketplace if you want to keep it as a one-time purchase.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I looked at Hava.io and Lucidscale, but the subscription pricing added up quickly. VizCon's one-time purchase made more sense for my usage pattern.
What other advice do I have?
VizCon is a solid tool built by someone who clearly understands AWS networking. Setup is quick, it uses read-only IAM roles which is good for security, and it just works. If you are doing architecture reviews or assessments, this tool pays for itself pretty quickly.
