Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I love how straightforward it is to do all things and support of marketing. I appreciate the technical capabilities and the capture of data that unlocks really powerful reporting an insights. I’m also extremely pleased with the ease of campaign, set up and execution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have much negative to say. I suppose that it is frustrating that the best reporting insights are only accessible when you pay for the enterprise tier of marketing hub. But if you can afford it, it is very robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing all marketing campaign functions into one centralized platform vastly simplifies marketing operations , keeps us organized, and provides readily accessible line of sight to what is active, and how everything is performing.
Breeze Copilot
What do you like best about the product?
For example Breeze Copilot: it was set up in less than 15 Minutes and now works as our Chatbot on our website. It is fed with alle the information of Hubspot and our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Segmentation could be better, but what I heard today seems to help a lot.

All Marketing tools and assets in one solution.

What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how intuitive and centralized it is. The platform makes it easy to manage everything from email campaigns to social media scheduling in one place. The automation workflows save a huge amount of time, and the analytics dashboards give clear, actionable insights

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub is built for the AI era and is super easy to integrate into our existing WordPress website. They just introduced a new system they're calling The Loop. It has three steps. EXPRESS who you are. TAILOR your message to your customers. Then AMPLIFY your message across channels. This allows us to evolve in real time and iterate with AI. It provides all the benefit of AI efficiency with the human authenticity people are craving. Love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Before seeing the changes showcased at INBOUND 2025, we were worried about how HubSpot was going to keep up with the ever-changing landscape of AI. Awareness has scattered. Consideration is broken. But conversion is TRANSFORMING. HubSpot is transforming with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot makes posting on all our various social media accounts very simple. We love having an interface in one place that gathers the analytics behind our posts. We also use the pop-up builder on our website in order to drive traffic to upcoming events or specific pages.
