A great marketing platform
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub is a great platform for creating engaging and delightful email campaigns in an easy to use interface.
I have used many different platforms, and Hubspot is my hands down favourite.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to save elements from an email for reuse in different emails. Not a full template, but segments that can be brought in after the email is started to be created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Applying brand styling automatically to every email created

What do you like best about the product?
I mostly live in the email creation area but have to use other areas to support what I’m doing with my email campaigns. My favorite thing is being able to add engagement info from the contact to my analytics review to my sales team for their follow ups. It’s easy to click right into the contacts page from the analytics page
What do you dislike about the product?
In the analytics sections, there’s too much emphasis on the numbers including bots. It doesn’t help us to have that number be the main number seen, especially when “comparing” emails

Right now it’s the analytics and the layout and making it easier for me to report on that information

I feel like I need a degree to learn it. Hard to carve out time to learn the full capacity of the product and tools available.

This is my first year, attending hotspot, inbound25 . I love using hotspot for my email marketing campaign hotspot is the best tool ever it makes everything a lot easier hotspot is the best platform for marketing.

I don’t hate anything about hotspot. I love it and I love to use

Usually if I have any problem with hotspot, or I don’t know do something I will always contact their support and they are willing to help me.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve worked in competing tools like Pardot and Marketo for over a decade. HubSpot has consistently surpassed and exceeded every expectation as a marketer, giving me the tools needed to efficiently and effectively deliver high quality output as scale. The user interface and constant tool innovation has me hooked. I am also a multi hub user.

Everything I’ve disliked has been quickly and honestly addressed by the product team. They listen to the consumer
