What do you like best about the product?
In my experience, hubspot has been ketñy to the correctdevelopment of our campaigns. Wd manage Social Media, SEO, inbound strategies and mkt campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is great, but if I had to say something it would definitely be the high prices for licencing

Since I use it, I'had complete visibility on all the digital touchpoints we have witj our audience.

Reporting can be difficult to keep accurate if properties are not in sync (country property in contacts could be the same name but not linked to the same info).

It’s a core part of our outbound and inbound email campaigns.

Less visual control than some other platforms. But it is intentionally lightweight to be navigable.

My favorite thing is how easy it is to personalize lists and doing campaigns as far as like email campaigns, etc.

Honestly nothing everything is great they are constantly innovating

HubSpot Marketing Hub is convenient, intricate, and always evolving to the needs of its users.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly and centralized HubSpot Marketing Hub is. It allows me to create forms and track engagement all in one tool. I like being able to assign tasks among my coworkers which makes it easier to work efficiently and quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like how if you only have a marketing license you are not allowed to create sales sequences. The marketing team on our previous CRM created sequences for the sales team and that feature is unavailable if we do not have a sales license. It’s very inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with the workflows and sending campaigns. Overall it’s assisting us with time management.

I love how the Marketing Hub has everything you need in one place and allows us to track our data easily and efficiently

I wish there was a way we can link landing page links for tracking and usage with other integrations

It has made out email builds and previews much easier and allowed us to focus our energy on more strategic needs

What do you like best about the product?
The social tool is very nice to use, I think in-depth 1:1 training is definitely a must when first getting started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to change the aspect ratios when posting videos, photos, etc. I also wish that I could post/track stories easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub solves the problem of scheduling posts, this makes it easier to get other tasks done.
