Intuitive and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpots workflow automation tool is incredibly powerful, and also easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
The regular updates to the UX makes it hard to find things in my regular processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub allows us to create automation in our marketing that saves so much time and manual effort.

Manage most aspects of marketing in one tool that is also the same CRM as sales team
What do you dislike about the product?
Cordless Email templating doesn’t allow the level of customization I expected.

What do you like best about the product?
This particular hub has made my life so much easier in many ways. Before the marketing hub, I was using eventbrite and mailchimp and it was a mess. Having everything all in one place has been life changing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to connect the sales team (in the sales hub) to this process without them having access to the marketing hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Too many! One way is, It has helped in the inviting process. I can restrict people that have already registered for the event.

I like how easy it is to use and how everything is in one place—from automation to reporting to CRM integration. It saves time, keeps campaigns organised, and gives clear insights that help us improve results.

Some of the advanced features can feel a bit complex at first, but once you get used to them, they’re very powerful.

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us keep everything in one place, from campaigns and automation to reporting. It saves time, makes our marketing more consistent, and gives us clear insights that help us improve results.

I love hubspot marketing hub for all the content tools, social media, blogs and integration with sales.

Downsides are all the different seats and it’s confusing when we have so many sales people.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Well the new pricing structure isn’t great but I can work with that.

Marketing Hub is solving the problem of automation and analytics in one place . Allowing you to accomplish any marketing goal you may have, in a central place.
HubSpot is by far the best marketing automation system I have used. Innovative and easy to use.

Need more help with outlook rendering issues in email builder

We had a data gap with our events with no real insights into how our events have impacted opportunities and business wins. We have fully integrated our event registration system with marketing hub to automate reporting and assist sales with lead generation

Easy to start and get up to speed, lots of useful features

some features are expensive compared to alternatives, and reporting/customization can be limited without higher-tier plans

HubSpot helps me keep everything in one place—emails, social posts, and tracking leads—so I’m not jumping between different tools.
