What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is so simple to use and user friendly compared with competitors and makes life super easy as a MOPs professional. It allows us to democratise access to automations tools and data across the business whilst still being incredibly feature rich and there’s a high level of innovation in the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with salesforce has been quite challenging at times. Particularly in regards to syncing the companies object with accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing our teams to effectively run campaigns at scale with effective automation and capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
You get awesome stats that help to make strategic decisions on the spot. Also it has ai to help speed up and optimize your emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited formatting can make it a bit tricky but for the most part it works fine.

Able to send schedule emails and plan out

Hard to say, they are always pushing the envelope. I guess I would say cost. I see the value but I always have to resell to mgmt.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s very intuitive and easy to use compared to other CRMs. It’s so helpful for our small but mighty marketing team, and gives us easy ways to test, track data, and give our customers a better user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m still scratching the surface so I don’t have any dislikes just yet.

It’s giving us an easier way to send emails to our customers - both our drip campaigns and one off emails.
