An interface built for its users
What do you like best about the product?
My company utilizes the email marketing feature the most. It super straightforward and easy to use. Even the HTML editor is easy to navigate. I can easily create one off emails to leads, automate a journey, or create a nurturing campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more capabilities from the front end. It can be difficult to customize the look without coding in the backend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication and personalization. we can reach a large audience and see where they’re at in their journey to know exactly what we need to communicate.
Efficient. Accessible tools. Autonomous control.

Integration of components. Simultaneous work the segmented teams in one environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complicated, learning curve in the initial phases.

Integration of individualized or alienated segments.

It’s provided us the tools and tactics to drive inbound leads for years

That I don’t use it more and that our team isn’t fully trained in it’s total potential.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been able to setup multi channel marketing campaigns at scale with HubSpot marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could send emails to multiple emails per contact. I’m only allowed to email one.

Ability to email and engage at scale
Overall powerful tool. Can be a little overwhelming

Once you know how to use it, it becomes pretty simple. Lots of new features added to stay up to date with trends

A little overwhelming to get started. The ai chat doesn’t always work

It provides a creative space to track data, create tailored emails, and strategically create content for various platforms.

I don’t have anything I don’t like about HubSpot’s Marketing Hub. It’s very user friendly!!

Content creation for socials, blog, email marketing and ultimately connecting to the customer.

I love his we can have multiple clients on the platform that are all custom

I don’t like the reporting builder as you have yo create them first as reports

I love being able to create campaigns send emails customize landing pages all in one place it’s helped me generate leads that I was unable to before adopting the platform.

Sometimes features being renamed or moving to a more expensive tier
