Great solution - works really well for our business

It’s very adaptable and works well for our business. Everyone in our team is in one system.

HubSpot helps with overall marketing automation, especially with email and social.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing hub offers you a light crm to build you campaigns on top of. The email and landing page builders are easy to use. And the segmentation capabilities are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are trying to do everything, which I see as a loss of focus. They do a bit of everything but some of their offerings are lacking. Overall it has been great but it’s starting to feel a bit overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to communicate with our customers. Generate, score, route and nurture leads.

I wish I there was better form reporting.

We've been using the HubSpot Marketing Platform for over a year now, and it has completely transformed the way we run our marketing campaigns. From email automation to lead tracking, content management to reporting—HubSpot brings everything together in one intuitive, easy-to-use platform.
What I love most is how seamless the integration is across tools. Our sales and marketing teams are now fully aligned, thanks to shared dashboards and workflows. The CRM integration ensures we have a complete view of the customer journey, and the automation tools have saved us countless hours every week.

Easy to use and has great UI overall. Love it!

Sometimes there are too many options to do one simple task and it can be confusing for newcomers.
