Powerful marketing tools with seamless CRM integration
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub brings all our marketing efforts under one roof. The email marketing tools are intuitive with great templates and A/B testing capabilities. Lead scoring and nurturing workflows help us identify and convert quality prospects automatically. Integration with Sales Hub means no leads fall through the cracks between marketing and sales teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Advanced features can be pricey as you scale up. The learning curve is steep for complex automation workflows. Limited design flexibility on some templates. Reporting could be more granular for detailed campaign analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It consolidated our scattered marketing tools into one platform. No more juggling separate email, social media, and analytics tools. Lead tracking from first touch to closed deal is now seamless. Automated nurturing means we don’t lose potential customers who aren’t ready to buy immediately.

Please include push notifications and Snapchat integration natively.

Concise and put-together customer journey reports that help me understand the ROI of marketing efforts.

UI looks old but not a big deal. Love it still the same.

Scale Campaigns with Hubspot Marketing Hub
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub allows us to connect our campaigns and execute across multiple channels. We are in a unique position where we do both b2b and b2c, and a hubspot gives us the capability and flexibility to do it all under one system. It’s a life saver for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few downsides to using Marketing Hub. For us our biggest challenge is that we don’t use the Hubspot CRM. We have to pull data externally from Salesforce, which isn’t always easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing allows us to centralize our campaigns and ensure consistency across all channels.

What do you like best about the product?
We have used to marketing hub for email marketing. We also have had a demo on the platform and it is a great all in one platform in order to standardize your marketing efforts all across the board.

The SEO features aren’t the best - they could expand on this

Helping to automate
Easy to use, strong out-of-the-box integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been able to easily integrate into ad platforms, capture data automatically, and easily pass data back to platforms. The whole process has made tracking metrics and overall attribution much easier and faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there’s a lot of integrations, I’d like to see more. I’d also like to see stronger customization of passing data beyond just lifecycle stage.
