The unconnected tools make the handout from marketing to sales a seamless and simple process

Marketing Hub Makes My Team of 3 Feel Like 10
What do you like best about the product?
The Smart CRM allows me to get very granular data on my prospects, clearly segment my audiences, and create beautiful and interactive content for my campaigns with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t love that they separated Marketing Hub from Content Hub. I lost functionality that I used to rely on. I also find the report builder to be a little bit in-intuitive, but when they run properly they can be very powerful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a small team - Marketing Hub allows me to manage different efforts and scale those efforts in a way that makes my team feel much bigger. We’re now also starting to leverage the built-in AI agents which I hope will scale my team even further!

What do you like best about the product?
That it is an all in one hub for marketeers.

The different hubs between content and marketing. But quite understandable

Not having to switch between different tools.
Easy to use and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy to use and very intuitive. All you need are basic skills and the will to play with the multuple tools available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. As it is very simple. There are many changes and updates that might make it difficult at times to find new items. Otherwise, overall love the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cuts down on the amount of time an integrator needs to work on emails, as we can train more people as it is very user friendly.
A must have for B2B marketers
What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the first products I always recommend to any company if its not already part of their tech stack. Its a must have for lead gen, tracking campaigns, contacts and deals. This makes marketers jobs so much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a bit of a learning curve if you haven't used Hubspot or are used to another CRM but once you learn it its easy to adopt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead scoring is a key component for our marketing efforts. The new features that rolled out around lead scoring are going to fundamentally change how we qualify leads.
