What do you like best about the product?
I like the training and certificate, it helps me know our team is all on the same page and has a base level understanding of our CRM.
I've also appreciated their continued product innovation, every release is packed with new features and they are responsive to user feedback.

Integration with web publishing workflows outside of hubspot content hub are still a bit lacking, but that has been improving.

Intuitive Platform with Strong Support
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot’s Marketing Hub is easy to use and intuitive. The platform feels user-friendly, and I especially appreciate the responsiveness and helpfulness of the customer support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing multiple brands within the platform can be confusing, especially at the social media level. The setup isn’t as seamless as I’d like, which sometimes makes cross-brand management hard at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to manage marketing campaigns and analytics in one place

As a Pardot user for 10 years, hubspot marketing hub solves so many of my frustrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’ll come with time, but organization structure of menu items, and different nomenclature from other platforms.

Segmentation is the fastest to appear compared to other platforms.
HubSpot wrote the marketing playbook with Inbound - they're doing it again with the Loop
What do you like best about the product?
I have been a fan of HubSpot's inbound methodology for nearly 10 years - HubSpot Academy was my marketing education, in a lot of ways. From there I have been using HubSpot Marketing Hub for the past 5+ years, primarily for email marketing and CRM management. It is a highly intuitive tool with a relatively low barrier to entry for how comprehensive it is, which makes my job as a creator and strategist easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI integration around content creation feels lackluster - like a minimally prompted ChatGPT response. I tend to not use it, because I don't find it to meet my quality bar. Excited for the new AI-enabled suite to improve the quality and consistency here.

Seamless email marketing capability with a ton of customizability and insights.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about marketing hub has to be the automation capabailities! The ability to take information from Buyer Intent and other data sources and hit them with perfectly tailored content at any specific momement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides are small but I would say the largest downside I think is measuring impactfulness of marketing on revenue being limited to the Enterprise tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves for sending, generating, and even personlaizing all marketing content. Anything that our customers and prospects are going to see, HubSpot had a hand in it.
