State of the art
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is an intuitive platform that makes it easy to manage campaigns, track performance, and centralize all marketing efforts. The interface is clean and user-friendly, allowing teams to quickly adopt the tool and see value from day one.

Integration with whatsapp its not complete

One of its strongest features is automation. From email workflows to lead nurturing, the platform saves time and ensures that every prospect receives personalized and timely communication. This automation directly improves conversion rates and customer engagement.

It’s amazing to be able to 10x the output of a single member of my team by setting up sutomations that keep our customers engaged and our products front of mind.

It’s frequently changing and requires my team to keep updating previous ways of using certain tools

Great tool for B2B demand gen
What do you like best about the product?
Super user friendly. There is a bit of a learning curve but HubSpot academy has so many great resources. I love being able to build landing pages, emails and connect everything into our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve is steep. But as I mentioned the academy is a great resource.

Helps with building landing pages, emails workflows, and social for campaigns.

Automations and workflow management are easy to use and visualize.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of integration with my CRM at a deeper level (not hubspot’s fault).

It gives us a place to nurture leads that aren’t sales ready and manage contacts for reach out.

I love HubSpot's Marketing Hub. It helps me and my company run great campaigns and generate leads every day.

The new features are often rolled out later in Europe.

What do you like best about the product?
All of our ads data is connected in one platform so we can see results in real time. It’s also great to be able to download customer information and create retargeting campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been social media connection issues and HubSpot support team was not helpful on how to fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to see zip code info from customers because our business only works in a certain service area so seeing where out of service area customers come from helps us determine how to tighten our audiences better.
