The only tool you need if you're a start-up
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - I'm able to clearly build campaigns & track activity. I'm also able to view leads based on different sources and tag them in different nurture journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting intelligence - I wish I could have an assistant within HubSpot that can just answer my queries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Performance marketing for our start-up clients - doubles up as marketing automation + CRM. We also use the CMS to build landing pages.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how much it helps me to save time by automating processes, using tools like workflows, sequences, content creation, and now with AI tools!

Nothing so far.. There's so much to learn and use

It's helping me qualify leads best and helping the sales team focus on leads that matter

It’s very useful to get better automation and follow ups with personalised content. It’s great to replace lots of platforms all into one

What do you like best about the product?
I love HubSpot Marketing Hub for its great customer service and support, which reassures me in times of need. The lead scoring tools, segmentation capabilities, and AI overview are extremely useful in streamlining my email management tasks. The ease of setup and ability to keep it updated seamlessly with my teaching business adds incredible value.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the cost of HubSpot Marketing Hub to be a concern. I would prefer it to be less expensive.

I find the product makes complex email management manageable, benefiting our teaching business efficiently.

Its all-in-one automation—especially the ability to create personalized, behavior-based workflows that nurture leads seamlessly across email, CRM, and content. It’s like having a full marketing team on autopilot.

Marketing Hub solves the problem of disconnected marketing tools by centralizing everything—email, CRM, automation, analytics—into one platform.

It’s been so nice to actually control our views of data in hubspot. We can better see who has purchased what, where they’ve been on our site and what they’re interested in.

Some filters in reports, workflows feel like they’re missing an option: I.e. was sent an email and did open

Hotspot, marketing reports and dashboards are extremely helpful to provide the monthly KPI's that are required for our board meeting

I would like to see stronger integrations with salesforce at the account level
