The main thing I dislike is that different pricing tiers unlock different features.

What do you like best about the product?
There are quite a few repetitive emails we send with every even and the automation saves me at least 10 hours per event that’s usually spent updating each participant with relevant info

Hard to copy/duplicate portions of workflows, but it could be user error
