What do you like best about the product?
The most useful thing about HubSpot for me is the synchronization of many data and tasks in one place.

I get confused with so many tabs

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is integrated with the sales CRM, that you can really tailor your communications to the right target audience. It’s super easy to use as well and have great date inisghts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I already use wordpress for my website so I don’t use the full suite so I feel I don’t have the full experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for newsletter and socials mostly. Helps wiyh the pipeline and follwing deals and contacts.

The customer service has been pristine from the start. We were informed of all the functions and upcoming possibilities that would help our team achieve yearly goals.

We haven’t found something yet, but we could benefit from additional seat usage for those who are not involved but need access.

We are learning new strategies for sales and lead generation.
Very easy to use email marketing tool.

The email creation and design tool is very user friendly and gives the user lots of freedom. I also enjoy the AI features to help fill out the email.

It can be a bit daunting at first with all of the data and information presented.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use of HubSpot's email system, which has been incredibly helpful. It has significantly reduced the time required for our marketing efforts, providing great benefits. The platform also enhances data security and aligns with our vision by removing unwanted data.

I found the process of initially setting up and using the system to be fairly difficult, even though I had help from someone knowledgeable about it.
