User-Friendly with Stellar Support, Needs Better Salesforce Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple the platform is to use, with clear online instructions and helpful support from the HubSpot team. The ability to automate my marketing and track my activities is fantastic. Creating landing pages with measurable forms and executing email marketing is incredibly easy. I appreciate the Zoom integration, which enhances my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't log in. The integration with Salesforce isn't ideal and could be improved, especially at the object level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to automate my marketing and track activities, with simple email marketing and measurable landing pages.

Hard to dominate, a lot of changes that not help to our final customers

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub gave our company the organization it needs to grow and thrive. I love that it is constantly evolving
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media is not as seamless as it should be. Especially for video. I often choose to upload from the platform off of hubspot to post.

Helps us with reporting to see what is working and what is not
Best Full Stack Marketing Hub on the Market
What do you like best about the product?
Integration is seamless across every touchpoint, every campaign, every contact. Any time we have a problem or a goal, we can find the solution in the marketing hub, even if we don't know the direction yet. It is easy to use and implement, and customer support ia always as click away. We use it every day without fail.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish training modules were baked directly into the platform, allowing us to work through queries in real time. Also the marketing contact limits are KILLING us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows us to track our data more robustly and accurately than ever before. We are also able to streamline ops and save massive amounts of time of the front and back end across every touchpoint

What do you like best about the product?
This is our orgs push into centralizing our resources and data processes. Being able to track everything in one place and identify lead engagement is a huge win for us and refining our lead pipeline!

We’re still finding mail chimp to be useful for the email dips, but it’s valuable that it can still sync well

Eyes on lead engagement. We needed to operationalize that data.

We use the deals feature to help track the status of our upcoming projects. It allows lead scoring which we love!

Nothing comes to mind. Maybe a more free form way to design.

We have our website through HubSpot and all of our forms live on there. Super easy to track and get data from.
Perfect for small marketing teams
What do you like best about the product?
We use Hubspot brands for our main and sister brand, I love that you can keep assets completely separate within Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Campaign reporting within Hubspot has its challenges. I wish it was a better user experience.

Our marketing assets used to be all over the place, now they’re all organized in Hubspot marketing hub.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used several platforms over the years and find HubSpot to be the most user friendly and constantly updated with new features. They listen to clients and have great support. And I’ve learned so much from the Academy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t find any downsides per se. Our implementation uses a lot of integrations which all work seamlessly too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage a ton of content and campaigns cost effectively with a small team and track everything.
