HubSpot is my new favorite Marketing Software
What do you like best about the product?
One of the biggest benefits we’ve seen with HubSpot is in reporting. The platform makes it so much easier to pull meaningful insights without having to export data or piece together spreadsheets. We can create customized dashboards that give our team real-time visibility into performance, from marketing campaigns to prospect engagement.
The flexibility in reporting lets us drill down into details or zoom out for the bigger picture, which has been a game-changer for decision-making. Instead of spending hours on manual reporting, we can quickly identify trends, track goals, and share clean, easy-to-read visuals with leadership.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that HubSpot takes away features without getting feedback first on if we still find value in or use the feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Limited visibility into performance. HubSpot’s reporting dashboards give clear, real-time insights into what’s working (and what’s not), so I can make quicker, smarter decisions.
Versatile Platform with Robust Support
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the breadth of tools that HubSpot Marketing Hub offers, catering to various use cases across different teams. I enjoy the ability to mold the platform to specific requirements and the ease of engaging with a visual user interface. The different views, such as contact and deal, along with permission-based setups, enhance our team's operations significantly. I also find the ease of setting it up quite favorable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it sometimes difficult to roll out specific features for our use case, particularly when we wanted to use the deals structure and the automation around deals in a non-standard way. This required us to rely heavily on support to help get it up and running as per our specific needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub bridges the gap between subscriptions and Stripe, providing a more visual user interface for engagement and customization for different teams.
HubSpot Keeps Climbing
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive interface, great resources & trainings to get up to speed and be able to execute on your needs. There are also many tools that directly integrate with HubSpot, which makes it easier to do everything you need from one central location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations/lack of features on non-Enterprise tiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the problem of other tools that take longer to learn... with HubSpot, you are not blocked by technically complex or lengthy set-up. The tools and learning resources are there to enable you to get started quickly.
I found the automation effective, and it works well with the CRM.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how it keeps everything in one place. It makes it easy to manage campaigns and track what’s working. The automation saves time, and with the CRM tied in, marketing and sales stay connected. It’s dependable and keeps things running smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about HubSpot is that many of the emails sent through the platform get filtered out by clients' spam or security systems. Very few reach the inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the challenge of sending emails to multiple contacts at once while also allowing me to track open rates for each campaign, so I know what’s getting engagement.
I really like HubSpot because everything is in one place and it’s easy to learn.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how the CTAs work, especially being able to schedule them. The new version of social media is great too, with features like stories. Also, their customer service is quite fast whenever I have a question.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could add more features to the landing page, like sliders and videos, and I find the keywords for blogs a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely, the extra tools they’ve added for social media and the new video tool are amazing.
Hubspot has helped our business tremendously
What do you like best about the product?
We love Hubspot Marketing because we can market directly from our stored contacts. There are so many elements to Hubspot Marketing, including hosting your website, to creating Landing Pages, Marketing Events, etc. It's an easy way to get information communicated quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up some of the components within Marketing Hub can sometimes require other resources. I would love to see there be more options to pull from when designing Websites and Landing Pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have the struggle of having Account managers sift through a list of clients to determine a mailing list for eblasts. Now we can pull directly from active clients. We also have Landing Pages that give clients access to sites built just for them.
Smooth marketing hub
What do you like best about the product?
Intuative, easy to see stats such as opening rate, reply rate etc.
I have not used customer support much - but it's typically good with HubSpot.
We use it everyday in the background (e.g. send out emails every day), so it's quite low maintainence.

What do you dislike about the product?
Email flows could be more easier to build - for specific emails. Now we have to build everything ourselves which sometimes can be tricky. Thus, the integration is not always super easy.
Ultimatley, I would love ONE view that combine all emails (including marketing & sequence emails) across the customer journey, so we can see that from one perspective.

Sending out automated emails, based on triggers. E.g. after completing a specific step in our customer journey.
Seamless Integrations Enhance Sales Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate HubSpot’s ability to integrate various tools like Sales Navigator into one space, aiding in my prospecting as a business development representative. The setup process was straightforward according to my experience and it offers a robust support center with a comprehensive knowledge base. I also value its ease of use and integration capability, which are key considerations for future purchases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that HubSpot Marketing Hub could benefit from integrating a broader range of Open AI technologies beyond just Copilot, such as incorporating ChatGPT or Gemini. Currently, its AI capabilities seem limited to specific tools, and expanding this could enhance its functionality. Also I dont like that its mobile app has low support for inbound calls

HubSpot centralizes all my integration needs, consolidating tools like Sales Navigator and providing insights to aid my prospecting. Its ease of use and continuous AI integration also influence my purchasing consideration.
Easy to use for marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot combines powerful automation with intelligent features like Autonomous task execution which takes care of repetitive tasks without constant manual input. It gives a clear, chronological view of every interaction with a lead, making it easier to understand the buyer's journey and prioritize follow-ups. It is a game changer when it comes to tracking of channels and campaigns are driving the most value so i can allocate budget more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is great platform, so the only challenge is that it can feel a bit complex to start of with.

It solves the problem of guessing which channel drive results. It gives precise insights into which campaigns and touchpoints contribute most to revenue helping optimize budget allocation and improve efficiency. It provides actionable insights, improves team alignment and drives higher ROI through data driven decisions.
HubSpot, the CRM Software that has everything!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and understanding, as well as the in-depth training available for HubSpot for employees and other staff (including myself), and the tutorials. This is especially helpful for those (like me) who have never used a CRM before. It can be implemented easily and integrated smoothly into daily operations and functions, significantly improving mundane tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, so far. From everything that I have done and used HubSpot for, it has been excellent, and I have no complaints.

It is solving my lack of knowledge in CRMs and giving me confidence in using them to speed up and improve my productivity. As well as learn!
