What do you like best about the product?
how seamlessly it brings all marketing activities under one roof, letting you run complex, multichannel campaigns without needing to rely on different tools together.
What do you dislike about the product?
limited customization, high pricing, less add-ons

by bringing everything — email, landing pages, automation, social media, lead capture, reporting, and CRM — into a single, unified platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I have mostly used HubSpot marketing software for my email marketing campaigns and content marketing. What I liked most about this platform is that it is easy to use, easy to implement, and easy to integrate whatever you want as a marketer. I use this platform every day to resolve my marketing issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing serious that I dislike about this platform. The customer support needs to be improved because some of the cases they also not give 100 % support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have resolved my cold and email marketing issues with HubSpot Marketing Hub. Once I have enabled email marketing, then later on I have used this platform for my content marketing hub.

Very intuitive and rigorous marketing platform

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is truly working as their name, it help me to centralize all marketing campaign into one platform, doesn't matter if it is for email marketing, social media marketing or phone marketing, all can be manage, setup and monitor from HubSpot. To sweeten the deal, HubSpot also enable multiple social media account to be connected, manage, schedule and co-posting all the content in one-click, nothing in my experience is as effective as this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside for social media manager from this software is, any post that is posted directly from HubSpot can't be edited, I need to delete and post a new content if any mistakes with the post. It is counter-productive, I really hope they can find a loophole for this issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One-stop-center for all marketing management and analytics need. We able to make quick, accurate and true marketing decision based on the data collected and monitored on this platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Every features and tools by HubSpot Marketing Hubs is easy to understand and need no formal training to start using them correctly. Tools like post schedule, post synchononization and comment monitor is what help me gone thru my day, all is automatic, all is done within the time frame. They are quick in updating the version, 2-3 days after the social media is making changes to their platform, HubSpot already releasing update version to ensure all features is working right.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only want to recommend them to introduce features to pin a comment on the dashboard, it will help me to find the comment back and not to wasting time to find it back. I also want to ask for more integration, especially with collaboration software that let me to allow access to my colleagues and working together on the tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage to transform from email marketing to social media marketing smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
One-click publish button to post my marketing content to all my connected social media account and profiles. I am happily using it because it has really saves time in managing content, viewing analytics data, automatic post comment reply and to see real-time performance. Imagine trying to keep-up with comment and DM's from several social media account in a day, it is a nightmare if not for AI assistant from HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not what I dislike, but some features is lacking on this platform. Integration with TikTok is still not available right now, they promise to bring the integration, but it still just an empty promise. TikTok has become the largest social media platform and I need assistant in managing it for marketing purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Save the time to manually posting content on each social media account.

What do you like best about the product?
I am impress with how easy it is to manage marketing via email and social media platform, the operation/workflows is logic and learning how to use is supported by their official learning documentation. Integrating it to connect with multiple social media account is simple, by one click, I can synchoronize post publishing to several account. Nothing can beat them in this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't understand why the connection with Salesforce is met with so many error and problem, the API token keep rejected and can integrate. After a few try and several email to the customer support, only then the connection is successful, dev team need to customize some configuration before it is accepted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media and email marketing management, automating marketing campaign using signal captured from social media leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about HubSpot is ease of use and how customisable it is for each company's needs. As a CRM manager I really like how easy it is to bring the branding into the HubSpot environment and how easy it is to create email templates for future use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I generally don't experience any struggle when using HubSpot, but if I'd really have to find one thing to improve I'd say that adding the possibility to have multichannel communications would be it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing is helping me reaching my contact base and classifying leads so I know when it's a good time to reach out to them

What do you like best about the product?
It offers an incredibly user-friendly interface, making it easy to manage campaigns, email marketing, landing pages, and automation in one place. The CRM integration is seamless, so sales and marketing data stay in sync. We use it frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
the pricing can scale quickly as your contacts and feature needs grow. Some advanced customization options (especially in reporting) require higher-tier plans. Additionally, the email design options could be more flexible for complex layouts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to bring all marketing activities — email, social media, landing pages, lead forms, and automation — into a single platform. This means we no longer have to switch between multiple tools or manually sync data.

What do you like best about the product?
Transform traditional marketing method to modern marketing channel using social media post. Sync all social media channel to publish the same post in one click, so easy, I don't have to login to all the account and manual posting all the content. Excellent new AI assistant to manage posting, it gives me insights on which post is engage better with audience, if i were to manage it manually, I might not have any sleep.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too expensive for a medium-size organization to keep using it. I always try to find cheaper solutions than can produce the same result, but nothing is as good as this platform. In the future, I might find it, hopefully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot help to streamline traditional & modern marketing method, we still focusing on email marketing and expanding it to social media marketing, both are still important and Hubspot help to manage both under one account.
